    @MsSC1986 @santanderuk Car *** was the same. Handed car back, started getting letters about arrears and dire consequences for credit rating. "Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk @bancosantander Absolutely shocking business banking service! A backlog in the back office is NOT an acceptable excuse to block a payment and all online banking. And a simple response “we don’t know how it will take…..”
