How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.
