  @santanderuk they will block your card for even £10 then need to call to the bank to verify and waste your 30 mins to confirm security check . I tried different bank Barclays which is quick . If you open account with Santander they will cause you inconvenience a lot

  .@santanderuk terrible service and experience on a mortgage application. Delay and obfuscation. I called your “dedicated complaints team” and was told couldn’t complain as they are customer services, not complaints. And the delays go on- I may lose my property at this rate. Awful

  The @santanderuk app "helpfully" provides "insights" on your spending. Its just informed me that payments to our energy supplier have increased. No ******* **** Sherlock!
