You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.

"Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.
