    @santanderuk Santander Bank’s Sandi automated response chat seriously needs looking into. After it has repeatedly answered your query with an automated response that completely fails to help, it messages ‘ Can I help you with anything else? Infuriating!

    @santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pie out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk We have been hanging on for 3 hours and at 7pm were cut off This is my husbands day off Earlier we called to ask for a regular card payment to be stopped and were told we HAD to do it at other end Found out this is not true! Terrible customer service
