How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

They’ve had it partly restricted for 2 months due to a security failure on their part, and it’s now causing major problems And they’ve simply stopped picking up their phone But they’re only making €8bn profit per year, so how can I expect better?
