@PostOffice @santanderuk @PostOffice I’m really dissatisfied with the answers I am getting, no-one is doing anything about the fact that my cheque has gone missing. I have no money and have been left to try and resolve the issue. I would like some help at least as it’s now over a week

@ciarale01 @santanderuk @Santander Ah, that sucks. Mine was a fraudulent charge on a money wire service that I had never heard of, let alone used. They were very nice about it.

@ciarale01 @santanderuk Oh no! Ciara, they are so quick. If in doubt put the phone down and call the bank yourself. Absolutely disgusting. The bank will sort it out for you, to get your much needed money back.

@TakeFive @TheFCA Out of interest @santanderuk, why do you process payments your customers make to an organisation who has had their website shut by the FCA? Why are you not willing to accept evidence of fraud that I have offered? Why are you happy for your elderly customers to be defrauded?

@santanderuk Hi. I've just received two text messages claiming to be from yourselves even though I am not a customer. It includes your customer's partial email address. Thought I would let you know

@MastercardUK @VisaUK @santanderuk Does being identified as a risk by the FCA have no impact on a company's ability to process payments? Does the fact that the FCA has shut down a company's website and replaced it with a fraud warning not result in their banking facilities being withdrawn?
