    How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

    @santanderuk And yet you still can't manage to sufficiently staff your call centres, hold times are still ridiculous. The media should really be exposing you for your woefully inadequate customer service.

    @santanderuk If you are the bank that can not be trusted my only choice as a long loyal customer is going to be to cancel all the accounts I have with you. Customer service that can't explain strange happenings on the account and dropping off the phone?! Outrageous!!!!

    When you spend 3 hours of your holiday on the phone to @santanderuk because each department passes you to the next, to the next, and back to the original; all with contradictory information 😡😡😡 quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had ever

    @santanderuk terrible customer service via online chat. Question asked 3 times, promised a reply never received. In person visit was told to call. 20 minutes on the phone to an Indian call centre finally got an answer. Dreadful!

    Congratulations @santanderuk blocking a disabled persons bank card without advising. They’ve then been left with no money on 2 occasions. They’ve been given numbers to ring but can’t get through. There partner has had to make 100 mile round trip on 2 occasions as he’s working

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk ?Criminal Customer Service.Voted worst bank by @MoneySavingExp.I concur.Opened EasyAccessSaver to add to Mortgage Acct.Sent my whole Pension pot.Their mistakes locked me out.Didn't even know if it got there for 2 weeks.10 hrs.8 phone calls. Zero service.Don't bother
