@santanderuk been trying to get hold of someone who deals with mortgages for ages now 4 calls each time held on for over 30mins! Any other numbers I can try even been in a branch & they couldn’t help me. Terrible service 😡

@santanderuk You are getting rid of passbooks for savings accounts. How am I meant to put in my tax refunds or any checks if I don't have a passport or driving licence that you are telling me I will need now to do that. That means I am going to loose access to my own money.

It’s easier to deploy a fully functioning secure website with a user login process; than it is to setup online business banking for Santander. Get it sorted fs @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @bancosantander

@santanderuk Today I made a formal complaint about the advice I was given regarding my mortgage and whilst the lade I spoke top was sympathetic and helpful I cant help feeling she didn't get all the details of the complaint
