@santanderuk just to say the counter staff at the Leeds branch were wonderful today. I was there to close an account and it took a while so I could observe the kindness and patience every customer was given.

@santanderuk OMG tried to transfer money to another account with my name on it Then got blocked Then rang your telephone security service ... To get hung up on You are so rubbish.... I can't believe you have any clients!!! Closing my account Monday.. You are laughingly rubbish!

@santanderuk please explain why you seem to think it’s ok to block my card and when I’ve called up just now you say you can’t unblock it until 8am UK time WHILE IM IN MEXICO 6 HOURS BEHIND!! Leaving me without ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!!??
