@alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

@KieranMaguire @santanderuk They are proper ****. Ringing any UK company (I know Santander is technically a Spanish firm but you ring a UK call centre) is so painful these days but Santander manage to take the crown.

I know why there is so much bank fraud. Simple. Banks make it impossible for you to report it @santanderuk If you could report it 'immediately' as they ask you to. they could stop it.

@santanderuk Why have savers interest rates not risen , yet the borrowing intrest rats have as has the Bank of England interest rates ,yet again Santander let there savers down whilst they will be increasing their profits
