WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

@vickimunro5 @santanderukhelp Have you seen how many other people have exactly the same problem. I am reporting @santanderuk to the ombudsman as they are making so much money in extra interest from us as no one will answer the phone.

@santanderuk just emailed me abt switching off Retailer Offers. Email says the replacement "Boosts" will be "new & improved". This is impossible. If it's new, it didn't previously exist and thus can't be improved. If it's improved, it existed previously & therefore can't be new.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Been on hold for over 2hrs. Get through and give my account number only for the call to cut out. Lucky enough for this to happen to me on Saturday too after being on hold for over an hr then. Received no call back on either occasion. Terrible service

@santanderuk I have spent days trying to sort out my mortgage redemption. I am within 7 days of it expiring. No bank near me anymore, No response on the phone and the chat function keeps me waiting and logging itself off - please help?????
