WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

@cactus_woman I thought that person was extremely rude and the comments completely unnecessary. I’m really that you are no further forward with resolving the issue with @santanderuk It would certainly make me think twice, no thrice, about moving my account to them.

@santanderuk Don’t trust this bank - allows a 16 year old to go overdrawn by 51p - yes I did say 51p and then block his card even tho money was put in his account as soon as we knew. Block never lifted and he has been left stranded in another city because his card declined!
