@santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

@santanderuk Is this issue still ongoing? Parents both in their 80s had their online shop cancelled at last minute due to issues with card. They’ve spent hours on the phone and no one seems to know what the problem is. Really unacceptable as they don’t know if future grocery shops will work.

.@santanderuk really making me wish I never switched my bank account. Been an absolute nightmare from go to woe. Can't use contactless, can't make transfers on mobile banking, can't get help in-branch, can't get through on the customer line 😩

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp just sat in your Ipswich branch like a lemon for half an hour. Had an appt at 12:15 that I have been trying to arrange for weeks due to no availability and when I finally book an appt, you can’t be bothered to turn up? Cracking customer service 👍🏼

@Wumpkie @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I hear you. They are handling (and the word handling is doing some VERY heavy lifting here) my simple remortgage. 3 months in and we are still no nearer completion with no word as to when this might happen. They are terrible.

@santanderuk my partner is trying to sign up to online banking. it says he has already done it and has a personal ID but when he tries to log in it doesn’t work at all, how do we access it?
