@santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

@santanderuk just to say the counter staff at the Leeds branch were wonderful today. I was there to close an account and it took a while so I could observe the kindness and patience every customer was given.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp WHY have you still got your 16 month out of@date switch offer described in your website and why is it top of the Google search??? This mislead me and no doubt countless others into the rigmarole required to switch when we could have gone elsewhere.

Hey, @santanderuk. Do you realise that when you restrict passwords to 16 alphanumeric characters, you're telling an attacker a LOT about how weak your website security is?

@santanderuk your customer@service is shocking. My wife has been locked out of her account 4 times this week. Trying to take out savings. We promised transfer would be completed by yesterday afternoon and still nothing. This account will be@closed when money is transferred.

Hey @santanderuk. Do you realise that when you force people to type (rather than paste) passwords into your website, you're encouraging them to use simple, easily cracked passwords?
