@santanderuk is taking 10 days to decide if trey will “grant me” access to my own money. I won’t be able to pay my rent because Santander does not allow to access my account. Great security policy!!!

@santanderuk What a bunch of useless, unprofessional little girls you have in your Bognor branch and call centres. Utterly useless and negative customer service. I will be their first thing tomorrow and you will resolve my complain immediately by closure of the relevant account or else.

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.
