Also tried using your form….but that wont accept the format of the emails I have. Why,are you making this so difficult? Time to find another provider! Terrible

Please go elsewhere and find yourself a modern bank in the 21st century, catch up you useless lot!

Our staff wear headsets so they can carry on working while waiting for the phone to get answered or we'd lose hours of the day. Theyll blame covid but it's been poor for a lot longer!
