Down to £33 in our bank account as @santanderuk still haven’t made a large transfer we requested on 19 September despite several messages and a promise to escalate the request/our complaint. Unacceptable.

@santanderuk that is your standard fallback position for a disgraceful customer service - years later and it is still not fit for customers... and inane tweet replies to make out you 'care' ... improve - how hard is it to answer phones and be efficient in banking - you are a bank...no?

@AmexUK @santanderuk .... sort your **** out.... Amex you have now requested 4x money from my card but claim to have only done it once. Santander are saying the opposite but can't do anything about it. Meanwhile I am left with no money in my bank and charges. #worstbank
