Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

We employed independent financial advisor to help us and Santander are so incompetent things still not dealt with. Numerous complaints have been placed to your company,you don’t even respond.
