    @santanderuk can’t even explain WHY they won’t support a long standing customer in a blatant case of fraud. No explanation- just, No. sucks big time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. To a bank who looks after it’s customers.

    @santanderuk great banking strategy. FORCE people to do a voice recording or no access to telephone banking. Just experienced that with your automated system. Tell me it isn’t so! I refused on prompt, press the relevant button but no. Kicked out of system #conform #force
