@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've now been cut off 8 times including once when finally getting through to speak to somebody and they didn't the basic customer service to call me back when it was them who lost the call???

Oh dear @santanderuk , I’ve always said I’m happy with your service when many others moaned but not today. You clearly don’t want to help me by phone as wait time crazy and your robot on chat doesn’t understand my question. All I need is to get my new card!

@santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.
