@santanderuk never known a phone service so shocking in all my life. Sat on hold for 45 minutes to get through, for the person to tell me ‘your details haven’t been registered with our machine, you’ll have to call back’. There’s fraud activity on my account. This is an Emergancy!

I've had 4-5 bank accounts fraudulently opened in my name in last couple of years. Getting it sorted is like pulling teeth, and banks act as if it's not their problem. It's even happened twice at @santanderuk. And trying to report to police via @actionfrauduk is painful.

@santanderuk I received 2 extremely concerning text messages about an hour ago regarding our account. Ive been on hold for over 31 minutes to report this and still haven’t got through!! Neither can I email you!!! 30 years I have been a customer! Disgraceful

Why does my @santanderuk card keep rejecting in shops and then when I get home and check mobile banking find its actually taken it multiple times? I cannot afford this ****

@CookeLouise A lot of companies don't help customers avoid being defrauded. I used to have a @santanderuk credit card. They'd phone me up out of the blue wanting to discuss my account but refused to give me any info to prove they were legit. Then they wonder why customers fall for scams!

@santanderuk Well it can’t get any worse that the Micky Mouse system you currently have. Your customer service is designed to delay and avoid any accountability. I have tried multiple routes to get a simple response. Your playing with peoples lives !

@toryboypierce @TSB Same as @santanderuk trying to get through to customer service through their online bot “Sandi” is an absolute shambles. I currently have accounts and insurance with them. That will change in the very near future. No customer service here either.
