@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK if this happening wasnt bad enough, to not get support from you is disgusting

@philipwhiuk @charlesarthur @santanderuk And to be fair to Santander, I guess you could argue that if biometrics breached you can run round doing high value ApplePay transactions anyway. PIN is almost moot except access to ATMs

@charlesarthur @santanderuk But you still have to defeat the biometric login first. How was that done?

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this. It is outrageous to hear that @santanderuk does not do anything to help you and treats you that way.

@MorganBroadcast Wow Charlotte, how horrible. I am so sorry you've been subjected to this crime and the unacceptable response by @santanderuk. I sincerely hope you can get your money back ASAP and with as little further stress as possible. P.S. FWIW, I'm sure your thread will help others.

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this Charlotte. Do you know if @santanderuk spoke to anyone using your stolen mobile/left a msg? If yes, then they've breached GPDR. I would make a subject access request for your info as there should be a copy of all the calls & what actions they've carried out

@MorganBroadcast Firstly I am so sorry you are experiencing this - I really hope you get some resolution and answers soon. Secondly, I would never bank with @santanderuk ever again - they caused us years of problems that they instigated but refused to put right. Sad to hear they've not improved

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK You could try to sue the place your stuff got stolen, it sounds like they might have liability. Did the other people have the same problem? There are issues with Santander and scams but can't find any like you.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk You can still do charge back claims on DC purchases for services not rendered or products not received. It's meant to be easier to do on CC but it's not impossible on a DC the process is just meant to take longer...you may need proof i.e. crime ref no etc from police may help
