Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderukhelp After 3.5 hours waiting I got to speak to someone. I gave my details and he cut me off. He could ring back but he hasn’t. What a disgraceful service you have. Rarely come across anything as bad as this @santanderuk

When 'chat' functions are so bad, it's quicker to go into branch to get an answer from @HSBC_UK @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Broken experience design, never-answered messages. Replacing old message systems that at least worked. All about mighty profit & extreme rewards for some?

@santanderuk 27 minutes and still in the telephone queue, crap service. And the reason for calling is nothing about me you have just simply frozen some transactions without notifying me. I have a purchase frozen thanks to your crap service.

Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch

@ChutneyRebel @santanderuk Sorry to hear in my case I left the queue but Santander is performing crap customer services. They should at least tell you your position on the queue. Of course, they spent money on executives, parties and whatever.....

@santanderuk #Santander - half hour on hold to talk to a person and now another 40mins on hold transferred to queue for security to unlock online banking. Think I'll be looking for a new bank with better customer services!
