    Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp You have blocked my online account for no reason and the ONLY way you'll let me fix that is via a 70 MINUTE phone queue. Disgusting service. Get enough staff. I need to pay for things - it's Christmas.

    @3dogsallright @santanderuk I’ve thought banks generally are so bad for a long time. You’re literally an unpaid worker now for these businesses! They don’t care how much time you waste doing the leg work. Been a long time since I came across any good customer service! The pits.
