    Why is @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so useless. Need to contact my bank yet no way to talk to a person on the online chat and no email address… some people work and can’t sit on the phone for an hour to solve the issue. Why doesn’t anyone have email nowadays?

    Over recent weeks I have moaned a lot about the rubbish 'customer service' I got from certain banks and financial service providers. I want to praise @santanderuk for their superb online mortgage system, I changed to a much improved deal today. Excellent UX.

    @santanderuk you really are disgrace. Tried moving money from my Santander account to etoro were it earns a few quid. And Santander block the payment

    @santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. Your staff seem inept unfortunately. The simplest of requests that should be completed instantly are instead done incorrectly or just not done at all.

    .@santanderuk really making me wish I never switched my bank account. Been an absolute nightmare from go to woe. Can't use contactless, can't make transfers on mobile banking, can't get help in-branch, can't get through on the customer line 😩

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @bancosantander can’t believe your customer service! Switched my account to you, switch completed today and still waiting in post for online login details. Renders my account unusable. Can I get compensation for this?

    @santanderuk Is this issue still ongoing? Parents both in their 80s had their online shop cancelled at last minute due to issues with card. They’ve spent hours on the phone and no one seems to know what the problem is. Really unacceptable as they don’t know if future grocery shops will work.
