Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk your customer service is appalling!! I am overseas and your number for customer services is permanently busy, your online bot 'Sandi' is worse than useless. I need to speak with someone urgently. My card is blocked and I can contact anyone. 😡

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander local banks no longer accept foreign cheques; these now have to be sent to their FCD team in Merseyside, thus absolving themselves of any responsibility & costs should a cheque go missing which mine has! Thanks a bunch #Santander #Service?

Top job @santanderuk! Let me send a secure message via online banking, then send an email to say the service is no longer available. Send the same message to the online chat, to which the bot replied “I’m not sure I understand” Ask to speak to an agent, “Sorry, none available” 😒
