  Fun fact @santanderuk can flag a €payment in milliseconds but apparently needs a full working day to unflag it. Efficiency clearly only runs one direction when you pay for banking services

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.
