    Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

    @santanderuk Also to be told she'll have to wait up to 5 days for money to be returned to her account is disgusting....she can't even transfer money to another account because of ongoing issues

    @Rachrobo88 @santanderuk Santander your customer service is shocking, I have spent over an hour on the phone to you today to be put through security twice to be told I'm speaking to the wrong department, I still can't get onto my internet business banking, can you reimburse me for my time waisted sofar?

    @jill_laura83 @santanderuk Every weekend they turn off the ability for users to use their cards. This is a standard practise and ita pathetic service. All they do is just say we apologise. How's this going to help us without food.
