Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡

@JustRowena @santanderuk We're with @santanderuk but we're considering switching. This incident has most likely expedited that decision as we've been victims of this a couple of times and wouldn't like this level of service. Come on, give the last her money back!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I don't know what functionality the Barclays app has, but many banking apps let you check your PIN (mine does). So perhaps if they got access to your app, they got hold of your PIN through it.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK You could try to sue the place your stuff got stolen, it sounds like they might have liability. Did the other people have the same problem? There are issues with Santander and scams but can't find any like you.
