    @santanderukhelp can you just be honest and let me know if I can transfer a balance from an Amex card . I have been messed about all day by @santanderuk telling me to ring Amex as my details are incompatible when in fact it looks like an issue with Santander not recognising Amex?

    Imagine being a loyal customer with @santanderuk for over 15 yr. Have a fraudulent transaction taken without consent due to the failing of their security system. To then be told I have to contact the company in question to try and get my money back. Shocking service! DO NOT USE.

    - @santanderuk limits the amount of transaction which a customer can make with a crypto exchange. Customers can currently make single transactions of £1,000, with a total limit of £3,000 in any rolling 30-day period.

    @santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???

    @musicmanleeds Another friend has recommended Chase. Only problem is that it's not online, it's mobile app banking only? But, yes, I told @santanderukhelp @santanderuk that I'd be walking as I am MEGA fed up - & I've been a customer since the days of Abbey National!!!!!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

    I got to work today and immediately received a message about fraudulent activity on my account. Not the way I wanted to spend my PPA, but thanks to @santanderuk for being so quick to help me out. Bit shaken as they were trying to rob me of thousands.

    @crypto_queen_x I moved from @santanderuk to @HSBC_UK because of this now where do I go 🤯 apparently to keep us safe WTF my money I can do what I want with it 😔
