@santanderukhelp can you just be honest and let me know if I can transfer a balance from an Amex card . I have been messed about all day by @santanderuk telling me to ring Amex as my details are incompatible when in fact it looks like an issue with Santander not recognising Amex?

Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Still waiting after 45 mins for someone to discuss the mishandling of a complaint. It appears you’re all too shy to speak to me & a very junior customer service advisor is having no luck in encouraging someone senior to take the call. Oh dear.

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help
