  @santanderukhelp can you just be honest and let me know if I can transfer a balance from an Amex card . I have been messed about all day by @santanderuk telling me to ring Amex as my details are incompatible when in fact it looks like an issue with Santander not recognising Amex?

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  @MartinKnight_ I was debanked during covid along with 500,000 others, I don’t have id to open another bank account, I can’t pay for a new id because I don’t have a bank account. My life has been turned upside down by some guttersnipe that didn’t even bother to give me a reason @santanderuk

  @santanderuk your customer service is woeful! Hours on the phone ( mostly on hold ) I thought I had got somewhere two days ago, promised a call back with a resolution but nothing since ! You are putting an 86 year deaf customer at risk , my mother , please help.
