  @santanderukhelp can you just be honest and let me know if I can transfer a balance from an Amex card . I have been messed about all day by @santanderuk telling me to ring Amex as my details are incompatible when in fact it looks like an issue with Santander not recognising Amex?

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  Still waiting for @santanderuk to help me with a couple of simple questions I sent them 5days ago. Live chat asks you to leave your questions but never reply Wasted many lunch breaks on hold. They still view me as a nuisance for having the audacity not to know everything

  @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
