@santanderuk Locked out of my account trying to move money to another of my accounts. Apparently that is suspicious. Maybe don't allow the transaction, but block account? I need to do other banking tasks. Suggestions please.

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

I got to work today and immediately received a message about fraudulent activity on my account. Not the way I wanted to spend my PPA, but thanks to @santanderuk for being so quick to help me out. Bit shaken as they were trying to rob me of thousands.
