@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Unfortunately with Mastercards, etc. it’s the guides the bank follow and if a pin has been written down or provided to family/friend’s then it’s 2 counts of negligence on your behalf. The bank won’t raise it because they know they won’t win it’s case.

@MorganBroadcast Im sorry you’ve had to go though this, if anything this has convinced me to leave @santanderuk I’ve been thinking about it for some time. I had an issue a few weeks back about what I thought was fraud in my account. Passed from pillar to post they didn’t know who should deal with
