    @santanderuk how on earth can my partner cancel his card when his phone was snatched out of his hands while using? He can't call you because lines aren't open yet and doesn't have access to the app/online banking because his phone was stolen!

    @santanderuk’s mobile site won’t let me log on. When I click “log on”, it opens the menu. I can’t use the app because it has never worked with my log in details. Don’t have access to a computer right now. Gotta love that.

    @whealie @santanderuk It's ironic that Santander keeps badgering me to go paperless yet the only way to contact them in writing is on paper since they stopped accepting messages via their website.
