    @nickkeca @santanderuk blocked my credit card for buying something from a supplier I'd used before and I authorised it with my fingerprint on the app. They still thought it was fraud. Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

    @santanderuk All accounts cancelled and moved today. Credit issue for no apparent reason. An absolute disgrace and terrible customer service response 🤬🤬🙈

    @santanderuk been trying to use the Sandi service on my app since yesterday afternoon but it keeps advising me that it’s experiencing some issues and to try again later. Is this a known problem? I’ve done recent update, cache clear and reinstalled. Also tried this on laptop

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯
