@santanderuk Please please Santander, please remove those TERRIBLE adverts with A+D. They're witless, patronising, embarrassing. Save some money and get Howard from that other lot, or use that meerkat, even a black horse - anything!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk why does your fraud telephone number actually now just go through to the ‘Business Account’ team. Then you get passed around and on hold for 20mins and counting. Brilliant service for your vulnerable customers at risk of fraud!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp yet again when I log in online to REDUCE my overdraft it states unable to accept your request. I have raised this several times over the last year. I wonder why you don’t fix it?! #debt

@santanderuk Your service is truly terrible. I've been holding for 22 mins and now told to phone again for the Fraud Line to rectify *your* *error* and to expect a wait of up to one hour??! You need to hire some humans...

@santanderuk I don't want to hold an hour but I also can't register for online banking apparently...and I don't have access to a card because of the delay. Need to order shopping.

@santanderuk the online chat just tells me to call up with my issue, not a fan of the robots operating the online chat service!
