@santanderuk trying to use your legal team Solex to remortgage might just be the thing that ends me. Why are they so bad? I work alongside solicitors every day and have never come across service so terrible. My IFA groaned when they were appointed, I thought he was joking 🙃

@santanderuk Worst bank ever! Haven’t been able to access my account or use any of my money for 2 days now. Absolutely unacceptable, I’ve won a bit of money from a legit company which could easily be proved through a simple Google or Facebook search! Treating your customers like criminals

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk And a further email advising me to contact the Financial Ombudsman, which I've already done anyway, but still no actual attempt from @santanderuk to resolve the issue. Appalling customer service.
