    @santanderuk i had to leave the call after 37 minutes on a telephone queue. Santander saving money on staff, that IS CRAP service. Yes a crap service where in the queue they dont even tell you how long is left or your position in the queue.

    @santanderukhelp After 3.5 hours waiting I got to speak to someone. I gave my details and he cut me off. He could ring back but he hasn’t. What a disgraceful service you have. Rarely come across anything as bad as this @santanderuk

    @santanderuk your chaps dept takes customer service to a new low. Vindictively deciding not to transfer customers money, not good. Missed completion date on house purchase. Shocking.

    When 'chat' functions are so bad, it's quicker to go into branch to get an answer from @HSBC_UK @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Broken experience design, never-answered messages. Replacing old message systems that at least worked. All about mighty profit & extreme rewards for some?

    @santanderuk the most abysmal customer service i have ever experienced..!! I have been lied to for 2 weeks about my morgage application, which is now resulting in a family of 7 potentially been left homeless as we have acted on your lies and charges of £300 extra to solicitors

    @santanderuk are you aware that it is impossible to get a digital statement for your savings accounts?! If you want one, you have to have it posted to you. That is unbelievably crass and a complete waste of the planet!! Why the hell is that the case?!
