    @santanderuk why not help people who are in there last year of there fixed deals. Wave ERC’s for them and let choose new products and you will keep them as customers longer!!

    Patience wearing thin with @santanderuk @TfL bike hire scheme. The tech was always terrible but now an effective multiple-fold price increase (£2 per day to £1.65 per hire) a massive disincentive for cycling (?!) and with hire stations that don’t recognise credit/debit cards

    @santanderuk shafted us on our #mortgages renewal. Strung us along for 3 months then **** on us with 48hrs to go after 10 yrs of loyalty from us. Never again. Vermin.

    @santanderuk not only you are a ****** bank charging crazy costs you also are a bureaucratic and completely outdated bank. I am moving overseas and I have to fill a form to change my address and then send it by post. WTF! How disgraceful is this? You are a joke

    Though I think the problem is with @santanderuk. My debit card plays up frequently with online purchases. Not happy. I see there is a PayPal option but I have to wait to get home to try that.

    @santanderuk just emailed me abt switching off Retailer Offers. Email says the replacement "Boosts" will be "new & improved". This is impossible. If it's new, it didn't previously exist and thus can't be improved. If it's improved, it existed previously & therefore can't be new.

    @santanderuk great customer service. Didn’t hold on my first call as I was signposted to website, can’t do what I wanted. Try to call again to be told the office has closed…..early it would seem as stated online it’s 7pm it closes.
