    @santanderuk worst company ever . Takes no joking 6 hours to try and speak to fraud det can't ever get thro so while holding drive to bank its shut shuts at 3pm everyday seriously don't give a **** about their customers I am still on phone waiting 3 hours later ffs wankers

    So after being bribed by @santanderuk to switch my banking to them I have buyers remorse after less than two weeks. 45 minutes (so far!) on hold to unblock my online access and no end in site. Never had this with @Barclays - please can I come back!

    @santanderuk just emailed me abt switching off Retailer Offers. Email says the replacement "Boosts" will be "new & improved". This is impossible. If it's new, it didn't previously exist and thus can't be improved. If it's improved, it existed previously & therefore can't be new.

    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to get through to your investments team since Saturday and have been on hold for 20 mins at a time each day. Is there any other way to close a help to buy ISA because I cannot go into a branch as I work and they are closed when I am not working

    Patience wearing thin with @santanderuk @TfL bike hire scheme. The tech was always terrible but now an effective multiple-fold price increase (£2 per day to £1.65 per hire) a massive disincentive for cycling (?!) and with hire stations that don’t recognise credit/debit cards
