    @santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

    @santanderuk the worse ever customer service!! My payment didn’t go through & my account was blocked!have been trying to speak to somebody to sort the issue since 12:00 p.m. ( 5 hours) been through first checks many times but still on the line waiting to speak to security team

    @santanderuk bad call! Telling a 74 year old man who doesn't understand technology that he has to go online to open an account or wait until July when you can book him in! Terrible way to treat our elderly!

    @santanderuk is there a problem with OTP codes not arriving, tried to order groceries from Tesco and the it wanted to send an OTP. However nothing has come through to my phone after 6 times of trying.

    Hey @santanderuk I'm going round in circles. Got a call from your fraud dept asking me to call you back. On hold 20 mins. Advised via chatbot to message you via app and online banking but both blocked. HELP?!
