  @santanderuk Bet365 said unable to make payment with this card.. when contacted their customer services they said there were problems with Santander card payments yesterday afternoon and issue was Santanders.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   I have just been advised by @santanderuk support that I can't use my Santander credit card for my weekly online Asda grocery shop, because I don't have the Santander app on my phone. I'm not sure that's correct.

  Cant compliment the customer service @santanderuk on the phone & in branch enough. 3 times this week they have helped & advised me about what I can do while i wait for my replacement debit card which has been delayed by @RoyalMail not delivering in the expected timescales.

You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

  @santanderukhelp Always the same excuses but NEVER any improvement in the service! So it is clearly the choice of @santanderuk to maintain a shoddy service
