@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@jennzahling @santanderuk I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Access has been denied to my account. I spent 12 mins at 13:25 listening to banal music and announcements. No one from your security team has called me. I’m waiting on the phone again, though I’m sure that home workers will be watching tv at 19:09 😡
