    Shambles @santanderukhelp rang twice waited 20 minutes each time for the phone to be put down on me. Finally get through adviser says they are looking into issue wait 20 mins on hold then phone gets put down on me again….disgraceful customer service @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I understand long waiting times to get through by phone. But for the love of god folks, sort your onhold music out. It's actually physically painful. Listened to a lot of hold music in my 20 years as a support worker- but yours is physically offensive. Listen to it!
