@Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help

@santanderuk I've been waiting on the phone for more than 40 mins. The assistant told me my account is going to be closed down if I don't talk to the relevant team. I asked if the team could call me when they're free, rather than me waiting for ages. Got a rude no... 1/2

@santanderuk do you really only have 1 mortgage adviser in Edinburgh? And now that he is injured, my application is stalled indefinitely as you can't pass to another adviser at another branch? I move in 4 weeks and your staff won't help!

with helping re my old car which was broken due to a manufacturing defect which no one assumed liability for!! If you’re thinking of fincane for anything, would definitely stay well away from @santanderuk !!
