@smallholdingsis @santanderuk I had issues with the app. However it seems to be customers mainly using sky broadband. I turned my WiFi connection off and just used mobile data and connected to the app fine

@santanderuk online banking down. Update please. Down detector has 800 reports, all over local newspapers but your website says everything is fine.

Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.

@Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages
