@santanderuk I'm hugely disappointed with your customer service team. A quantity of 46 refunds were sent to me, from @Googlestadia, overnight and only 4 turned up. The other 42 were on a, now, expired debit card. Why can your CS team not help me? Why can they not explain ANYTHING

Really wish I didn’t bank @santanderuk just another company that doesn’t care about their customers. Terrible customer service and don’t actually care about resolving an issue
