    @santanderuk Been on hold 2 hours and 44 minutes and still holding trying to get help with a banking issue. Tell me a reason to stay with Santander. Worst service.

    Shockingly bad experience with @santanderuk in trying to open a joint account. Two months of wait, errors on their part only to be told that our application and credit check validity has expired. So glad that @LloydsBank and @monzo are still my main accounts. #NeverSwitching

    Instead of the @santanderuk "help"line's annoying "sorry to keep you waiting" voice over & over again, how about you answer? Card on hold for some reason & I'm stuck at a motorway services with no way to pay for food or fuel 🤬

    So firstly you wrongly lock my entire account for a £3 ‘fraud’ and now payments are bouncing due to the security lock! Literally NEVER bank with @santanderuk I’ve had no access to my money for about a week and they don’t seem to care one bit 🙃 @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk @santanderuk got to love Santander Bank..call to make sure a payment online can be made...yeap no problem, make payment....account gets locked...fraud team dont answer...get told to log on to account that is locked. vicious circle of inept security

    @the_spad @santanderuk I had a similar experience moving money with @BarclaysUK You can only move a few K with their 'worldclass' app even with multiple levels of auth and signing, yet have to visit a branch - in work hours - and **** about for 1 1/2 hours whilst various staff fail with thier own IT

    @santanderuk she's been told it could take 30 days to resolve ,not good enough for an organisation of your size , I'm sure you have teams who can check in 10 mins who transfred her money and what isp it was from , shocking treatment of a elderly customer

    @santanderuk Avoid the 123 mini account at all costs. Denied a 17 year old access to his wages for 4 weeks now. Account is healthy but has a fraud blocker attached to it due to an external attempt. No one will help, appointment at Lloyds today to switch. My accounts will follow.
