    @santanderuk Why block an ISA transfer when it is plain what I'm trying to do? Your ISA team are a bunch of box filling petty ***** on the phone for 40 minutes only to be told I put a tick in the wrong box 🤬 it's my money I gave Nationwide permission to transfer 🤬

    @santanderuk your mortgage service is appalling! Twice in 2 weeks you've delayed our house move and now collapsed it by asking for ridiculous amounts of documentation and taking ages to respond...and then insisting on doing everything by mail & FAX!!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am very distressed by the bank's actions. I have been prevented from withdrawing my own money from my account and have been told it could be 24 hours before anyone from the 'back office' is able to explain this further to me and allow me access to my money
