@santanderuk please can you follow up on an investigation on my credit card account being done by the back office? Customer services gave me reference number 027445879 but heard nothing - no text updates as promised. Please chase this up. Sick of waiting on the phone. Thanks.

@BarclaysUKHelp Paying in coins and collecting more money bags, this should a basic for your customers. Thankfully @santanderuk were able to provide a better service at the time they said they were open so I paid the money into my savings account instead. They now have my money.

Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk
