726 Green Line (@726Line) reported@santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

Eamon O'Donoghue (@Eamon_) reported@santanderuk This is not olden time with typewriters or carrier pigeons. We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.

Rose (@RoseUKvalues) reported@santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

Don Smith (@authordssmith) reported@santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they canโt process an email any quicker than that. Donโt make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.

John Mitchell (@mitch8951) reported@santanderukhelp To start the whole cycle once again? The email ref and date was as a result of the FIRST attempts. You are saying Santander cannot help me, I must help myself ... again? @santanderuk
