    @santanderuk Could you let your customer service guys know that if they advise customers to head to the branch that they should take some ID 'just in case'. A complete waste of a trip (with a baby) only to be told can't deal with me as I didnt bring ID! 😡

    @santanderuk why are you closing so many branches without at least leaving us with a #link ATM to access information or accounts? Then you suggest going to the post office which is a longer process and don't give you all the features. I really feel for the elderly! #inconsiderate

    @santanderuk as a customer, I feel strongly about you condoning drink driving. About the advert with Anthony Mcpartlin in. Not a good way to do business, if that was me on a drink driving charge, I would've been sacked straightaway.

    2/2 @santanderuk and @MetroBank_Help what way is there for her to get access when she can't access her UK phone no, nor remember account details as she never expected to be here for this long? There has to be a solution?
