    @santanderuk is there an issue with card payments at the moment? I had both my debit and credit card declined (more than sufficient funds available on both), it’s not the retailer as another banks card went through. Been waiting 30 mins on tel to get through

    Currently on hold for a total of 50 mins so far trying to speak to a person at @santanderuk as someone has attempted to change my login, amd locked my account. Absolute customer service shambles
