@Tesco @santanderukhelp @santanderuk who's crazy idea was it to make people verified using the Santander app to order Tesco shopping online it is crazy and unnecessary it was better the way it was before you know the normal way no app the way you pay on every other site

DO NOT USE @santanderuk they have the worst customer service especially with disputes, you wait an hour on the phone to get through and then have to wait another hour as they have to put you through to someone else as there is NO separate disputes number!!

@santanderuk just phoned to try and make an overpayment - can’t do it online as I have more than 1 product - when eventually get through I’m told the card payment service is broke and should be fixed in a few days - it’s been broke since Monday !!!!
