    @santanderuk I’ve just been on hold for 2 hours to get my card unblocked, I get put through to fraud team and get left on hold for another 20 ******* minutes just for the call to get ended, this is the second time it’s happened your customer service is a ******* shambles

    Just called @santanderuk business support. BEFORE reaching the waiting time (which was admittedly short), SIX MINUTES of menu. They're really stacking up the reasons to leave this year.

    What year is it? An hour on the 📞 to @santanderuk trying to pay off my mortgage to be told I can only do it by cash or cheque in branch 😳 Cheque? In branch? What, the one you’ve just shut down? AND there’s a £250 account closure fee for the privilege! Pants 👎 Anyway, done 🙌

    Morning! @santanderuk My customer is trying to pay my Santander account via bacs she is getting warnings the account is not recognised. I checked all the details which seems right. Why would this happen? How can I resolve?

    @cellvrdoor @santanderuk I had the same issue ..I never taught of getting my account back …massive appreciation to @enriam_wichit on TWITTER .. for recovering my ..suspended ..locked.. hacked or banned .. disabled account you should check them out too.... or #lord_teq on Instagram

    No intelligence, artificial or otherwise, in evidence on @santanderuk's chat client. I've never seen one of these clients that wasn't one level above total garbage. Why even bother with this stuff, it just wastes more of our time.

    @santanderuk Over an hour on the phone, being passed from department to department for nothing. Not one member of staff could help. So thank you for 10+ years, but I’ll be taking my banking elsewhere now. Today was a joke.
