  @santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

  @santanderuk Another thing to pass on is this weird glitch Santander online has with bank transfers . When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎

  @santanderuk How about a scumtracker? A bank that refuses its customer to withdraw money for a bike deserves to be marked as scum.

  @santanderuk every time I go through your tweets I am more disgusted because I see there is more things that you were doing that it’s just absolutely outrageous from cancer treatment to no disability access to people not being access their funds and not be able to get treatment

  @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made.   @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.
