Chris (@Chris_________M) reported from Bristol, England@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
