    @santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

    Absolutely shocking customer service from @santanderuk . Two calls, waited 20 mins each to be directed to a phone that simply rang out! Thank god I’m not a vulnerable customer! 27 years a customer but off to a new provider tomorrow!

    @Foster0515 @santanderuk Workedf for them and was forced to bank with them. They're truly awful mate... 1st thing I did when I left was switch account. I've nothing but good experiences with @AskNationwide since.

    .@santanderuk atm just took my cash deposit and then froze. Said there was an error and spat my card back out, but the cash has not been deposited? What am I supposed to do

    @santanderuk literally the most appalling service - on the phone for 1.10 mins, conflicting information and no ownership. Time for a change I think, will be moving my accounts next week
