@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk please can you advise how I get you to update your records? Every so often I get post for a former occupant of my address. He died some years ago. I keep returning items marked "deceased' but they still get sent out. I am also a customer of yours, so confused!

@santanderuk only way I can do this is through sending secure codes to my phone for the thieves to see or giving them a call whilst having no access to a phone... It's the next day & I get an email from @santanderuk asking if they can call me to sort it out.. Good work guys👏

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold for security for a total of over three hours (55 mins last night). I try repeatedly to get through. I’ve asked for a call back but told I need to keep trying. All I want to do is unblock my card (you won’t tell me why it’s blocked) Help. Please.
