I had issues with the co op Bank they tried to tell me that I'd brought a TV from Argos because it was verified by my pin but I'd been to the atm at my local co op branch and it took my card

Escalated all the way up to CEO level but their only interest was defending themselves and blaming the customer. Closed every account with them & will never use again.
