@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

@santanderuk When I called you, it says you are experiencing technical issues and the call was cut. I sent the money from my Santander account to my other account for a payment today, 2 hours ago, still waiting it to arrive on my other account. Will I get compensation if I missed the payment?

@santanderuk I transferred money from my Santander to my Halifax account an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I need this money urgently, can you please tell me if their is an issue?
