@santanderuk YOU ARE DELIBERATELY STOPPING ME FROM INVESTING. I HAVE PASSED YOUR FIRST SECURITY TEST AND THE SECOND SECURITY TEST TWICE AND YOU STILL ARE REFUSING TO PAY WHAT I REQUESTED. I AM ALSO 15 MINUTES HOLDING ON FOR A REPLY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS NOT SERVICE.

@santanderuk shocking handling of my partner’s complaint from your customer service department. Her business account has been blocked for 3 days and 12 calls later still no explanation. Your customer representative even said “Because I’m working from home, I can’t transfer your…
