@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@CookeLouise A lot of companies don't help customers avoid being defrauded. I used to have a @santanderuk credit card. They'd phone me up out of the blue wanting to discuss my account but refused to give me any info to prove they were legit. Then they wonder why customers fall for scams!

Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk
