I’ve waited 7 days for investigation with no access to money, food or accommodation. Repeated requests for emergency hardship escalation and vulnerable customer support have not been resolved

I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer
