  @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @nickkeca @santanderuk blocked my credit card for buying something from a supplier I'd used before and I authorised it with my fingerprint on the app. They still thought it was fraud. Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts. I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

  @santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

  @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

  @santanderuk fix your pay existing payees unless you want to cover my CC interest i will get charged. Al I get i unable to complete request due technical reasons.
