@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

@santanderuk absolutely FUMING. Your app is down. Tried to log onto to online banking to make an urgent transaction but it’s asking me to log into the app to authenticate! I wouldn’t have try on my laptop if your app wasn’t down 😤😤😤

@santanderuk So, your online banking’s NOT working & you put up a page saying you can call #Santander 7a.m. to 9pm Monday to Saturday. On calling, though, you say your line’s closed ‘cos you f**k off @ 8pm. Kindly EXPLAIN.

Hello @santanderuk / @santanderukhelp, what on earth is going on with the customer 'service' in your Corporate Bank? Their incompetence is beyond belief. Even letters to Mike Regnier appear ignored, and what I hoped would be a smooth transition to @LloydsBank is a nightmare....
