  @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

  @santanderuk why do you call someone leave them on hold for 40 mins and then cut them off. Then ask to be called yourself and then fail to answer the phone kept on hold! Apparently it’s the fraud line as well - been over an hour now - shocking service!

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp pls help, locked out of online banking and have a money transfer pending since Monday. Late on rent and other payments as a result and have yet to receive any useful support. Huge anxiety can you pls get in contact!!
