    Hmm, closing branches, shonky IT maintenance... I may need to rethink who I bank with @santanderuk. Very frustrating customer experience. In the meantime, I would be grateful if online banking was fixed asap, Saturday am is the only time I get to catch up with admin.

    Just because you are doing maintenance. @bancosantander @santanderuk you have no one manning your phone lines and the app has gone down. Cheers for spoiling my shopping trip. Time to change banks I think. 2nd issue in 2 days. Imagine not being able to gain access to your funds
