    @AJGLife3 @santanderuk Are we going to be compensated for loss of boosts/awards etc? I have tried online, app and spent 1hr waiting on the phone to talk to customer service. Very frustrating

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk registering for Santander boosts, got to register my card and had to verify via app, went back to confirm verification on boosts page pressed verified this via app then it timed out. Can now log in but can’t get further as it says card is already

    @santanderuk wow, the most awful service and app ever…tried to transfer MY money to another of MY accounts and you lock me out of the app and I can’t see where the money has gone - customer service closed!!!! will be closing account and moving all my money to HSBC.

    @santanderuk Just spent 20 mins on the phone to your NON answering call centre, all lines are busy, any reason why you font have sufficent staff to answer the phones, seems to be a things lately with banks, abysmall service.

    @santanderuk hi what happened to the incentive payment to switch account I've waited over 3 months and still nothing or should I just switch back as I've been lied to??????????? How many other customer have you stolen from other banks and still not paid this incentive too?

    I doubt I will see any back because when I left this morning the owner said it would be too difficult for him to send it back and it had caused him a lot of problems. He still hasn’t got notification of the ZAR10k…+/-£500 Thanks @santanderuk for being so utterly useless
