@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp @santanderpb What is your policy re supporting non-mobile impaired clients? A patient changed address during hospital admission. Despite knowing passwords, they were denied a new card PIN via post, thus denied access to their money! They had no food!

@santanderuk my son has been waiting for his railcard for 3 weeks, still no sign of it! Great service for students, we also had to chase for a missing letter, after 2 weeks and several calls later, they gave him the ID on the phone, not a great start!

I went early to @santanderuk this week. Less of a queue, but the same issue as before in terms of the scanner not being able to scan my ID as the photo is "too light". WTF is wrong with your scanners, Santander? Having to wait while they phone head office AGAIN. Such a joke.

1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

@santanderuk can’t get through on the phone to complain. Not driving miles to my nearest branch and you provide no facility to complain on line. Poor customer service

@mommmy33333 @antanddec @santanderuk I wish you luck, just be aware it’s a real long shot for them to see this and do something about it. Have you tried loans etc to help you out?
