@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

- @santanderuk limits the amount of transaction which a customer can make with a crypto exchange. Customers can currently make single transactions of £1,000, with a total limit of £3,000 in any rolling 30-day period.

25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?
