    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    Never bank with @santanderuk. The worse company I have every experienced. Payed research supplier in Saudi who always works for me they have frozen my account can't access any of my personal money for a disabled person this is a nightmare. Never bank with Santander

    @santanderuk why are you closing so many branches without at least leaving us with a #link ATM to access information or accounts? Then you suggest going to the post office which is a longer process and don't give you all the features. I really feel for the elderly! #inconsiderate

    Hi @santanderuk I tried to contact security about an account issue today, after being told that I had to call instead of trying to sort the issue in store, and after being on hold for 30 minutes the call got cut

    @santanderuk Could you let your customer service guys know that if they advise customers to head to the branch that they should take some ID 'just in case'. A complete waste of a trip (with a baby) only to be told can't deal with me as I didnt bring ID! 😡

    @JustAskDesign I know it's a win win!!👍 I'm still having issues with @santanderuk an absolute waste of space! I've spent my life this week waiting on hold then no-one can tell me the problem. 😳 WTAF !! I'm so glad I'm with a French bank. My god what an improvement. Efficient and quick.

    WHY does it take SO damned long to get through to ANY customer service /helpline these days??? im on hold to speak to someone at @santanderuk . been on for 22 mins so far. voice keeps telling me she's sorry for keeping me waiting! NOT THAT DAMNED SORRY.

    @LozzaFox @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Their current policy is to turn down mortgage applications from people who have received government support in the last 3 months. Even people that bank with them – as I found out.
