@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk online booking is so frustrating. Does anyone suffer same problem with santander. Cannot pay any large amounts online and can't even set up a standing order online... poor old fashioned set up!

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.
