    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @ICooper @santanderuk @BankofScotland What. ********. Most of my banking is with Starling these days, and it's great. Especially with international stuff. I'm glad I avoid high street banks for this. I'm not looking forward to signing up for a mortgage with clowns like these.

    @santanderuk any reason why a customer would have their account closed, and be told “you’re no longer welcome to bank with us”…. That’s a little bit disgusting if you ask me….

    @santanderuk a payment has gone through twice to my credit card when one said on the app it hadn’t gone through it is now showing as pending and taking my account overdrawn can you please help?

    @NatWest_Help 3 levels of security on mobile app which means I can't make an urgent payment. Online chat no help either. None of these issues with @santanderuk
