@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@santanderuk So what was the technical issue, or are you not going to give any sort of detailed explanation? Take a look at how well Twitter handled their major security issue last year. They don't treat customers like idiots and fully explained what had happened & why it won't happen again.

@Andrew_Cleave @cassyjsy @santanderuk 1/ I, stupidly, was searching by the address correctly entered! I see the Planning Dept. Civil Servants have entered the address to make it harder to find. Noted that they're playing the 'pandemic' card, as a reason to keep what has been accepted as inappropriate for the site

@santanderuk this is the most appropriate quote I've seen, based on yesterdays poor system 'glitch/upgrade' - "This is unforgivable. I work in IT, I know about systems, I know about backups and upgrades. To have this happen, I would get the sack if it happened in my job."
