    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @Luisa47132714 Just spent 58 minutes on the phone to @santanderuk trying to get something done! Menu, music for long long time, spoke to somebody, couldn't help, transferred to Fraud dept, long long wait with music, long conversation with endless "security" questions, finally got it done....

    @santanderuk When will the online credit card payment service work again? Tried 3 ways to pay this months balance and it won’t work - online, transfer to Santander account and online payment from different account. Running out of time.
