    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @santanderuk Card keeps getting declined and there is plenty money in account. It works eventually but there is clearly an issue with you system.

    9 minutes on hold listening to how I could do this online. Yeah, like I didn’t try that 4 times already. Maybe give us an option to put in the already lodged issue your system has created @santanderuk? Or at least say where I am in the queue?

    @twigstwt @santanderuk Idk if there's an issue or something with them and PayPal at the minute because everything I've paid for this week via PayPal isn't even showing on santander app as gone out

    Awful bereavement help from @santanderuk over the phone today for my poor Mum, no concept of what she’s dealing with. Thankfully @HalifaxBank were amazing, understanding & kind #CustomerService #bekind
