    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have transferred money from my Santander current account to another account and it is not appearing in the second account. Is this related to the ongoing issues this morning and when will it be resolved? Will the money be transferred successfully?

    @santanderuk you’ve returned my payment and I can’t seem to speak to a human. Been on hold 30 mins and your chatbot is absolutely zero help. Crap customer service. I literally want to give you money and your not allowing me!
