Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Julian (@Mr13alls) reported@santanderuk I am not a customer but I went into a Santander branch and asked the cashier if they could give me two fifty pence pieces for a pound coin, I appreciate that there is no profit in this transaction, needless to say I was told no. Now you want me to switch my current account.
