@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

Today (day 7) I finally got access to my @santanderuk account again. No notification, apology or anything. Instead a mortgage repayment on the account for an already fully repaid mortgage with them!

@santanderuk your support team and all in all service has been absolutely dreadful in helping me cash an international cheque. No updates and when I call no one seems to have a clue what is going on. Please can you provide me with better service. Issues been ongoing for 2 months
