    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk Shocking customer service. All sons money fraudulantly taken 2 weeks ago. 4 times spent chasing for 2 hours at a time and still nothing being done. Awful "bank???" if you can call you that!!

    Hi @santanderuk. I have a problem with a card. Your online solutions are rubbish, your chatbot is rubbish, your call wait times are unacceptable and you don't allow customers to send you a secure message to deal with offline. What am I supposed to do? Shambolic.

    @santanderuk fed up with this bank and decided to close account , they will block your account for transaction, they done 9 times in one year and you need to call to bank again and again . Worst bank service ever

    @santanderuk Unprofessional Scott in customer complaints tried to stop me from complaining about him using condescending terminology & gaslighting techniques during a call.He initially said I couldn't complain about him & then said the SLA for a response takes up to 8 weeks .

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk a reminder to all customers this bank will deny repaying any money if fraud is committed on your account from a stolen mobile. Even if you are a customer for over 8 years. Do not use this bank they don’t care about their customers
