    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

    @Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.

    @santanderuk because of how slow you are we are going miss our deadline for our transaction. Over the months which have gone by (over 3), you have seemed to be very hard work and not bothered by it at all. You already acknowledged ur fault on some delays but still make excuses

    Unable to speak to anyone at @santanderuk to find out why a Direct Debit wasn't paid. Unacceptable service levels . COVID is no excuse! All too easy!

    @santanderuk I am having issues with logging into the app still. The app says my phone has been rooted but I have never downloaded anything or done anything to tamper with the security of my phone so I do not know why this is saying this 🙃🙃🙃
