@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk I’ve said it once before, and I’ll say it again — Santander has so much downtime that it just cannot be trusted. I’ve been recommending @monzo for the last three years, as I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Switch your banks people!

@santanderuk @santanderuk 4 x tonite I was cut of call once I had almost completed what I needed to do expected a call back from person I was speaking to but nothing now I'm going to have to do it all tomorrow when at work as I can't access app or online as both r locked out not good enough

My card just got declined and my money isn’t showing in my account cus @santanderuk whole banking system is down?? During a cost of living crisis! so I’m now hungry and stressing over the charges I’m gonna get for late payments tomorrow, defo time to make Monzo my main account
