    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk everytime I try to call about the fact a new debit card hasn't arrived, it puts me on hold then hangs up on me :( ... I've tried twice and once I get to a certain point it just hangs up... Please help! I have no card! :O

    @santanderuk Hi. Is it normal to still be waiting nearly 2 weeks for temporary passwords etc to log in for the first time after opening an account?

    If banks really want customers to go paperless, they need to put ALL their statements online, not just those since the customer went paperless. Otherwise customers have to stick to printed statements, or go back and forth from online to print. @CooperativeBank @santanderuk @mbna
