@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk HOLD YOUR HEADS IN SHAME !!!! So a 74 year old man living on his own working 15 hrs a week firstly is put on a flexi 5 year mortgage then this year starting borrowing 20k ,10k ,15k adding these figures to his mortgage to PAY HIS MORTGAGE PAYMENTS To Santander !!!!

@santanderuk set up a standing order & took £775 of mine. I reported, they've admitted it's an admin error, but locked my account. Forced to spend 2hrs+ in a branch to unlock. 3 days later no update or sign of money. Waiting 45mins on hold so far to make a complaint! #badservice

@santanderuk You have been a payment between accounts in my name for 4 days now. Have wastes hrs trying to get this resolved and no timeliness for when you will. I also can't access any online banking, essential as I am disabled. This is disgraceful. Pls sort asap.
