Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

Garry Peat (@RidgewayRam) reported@santanderuk what the hell is happening with Cahoot? Just opened an account and it has opened 19 accounts and still going? Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to close the first 9 down but have now given up. Very stressful and concerned about a scam
