    @santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

    @santanderuk get on with fixing the issue/issues, I'm meant to have my ESA coming into my account and cant see it there and can do F.A at the moment i have bills to pay and things and cant do that with the money there. bloody sort it and quickly

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Tried to make a purchase last night through the problems and never went through on the website (no confirmation of goods bought) however this morning I have FOUR pending transactions for said goods. Need those transactions reversing!! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk what exactly is going on? All my cards and family cards for Santander are not working. Trying to pay for things and being declined is really bloody embarrassing #sortitout

    .@santanderuk ur customer is terrible, you’ve locked my online account, can never get through on phone and I’m a new customer. Don’t bother to sign up @MartynLoukes
