@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk Has anyone else had problems with Santander rejecting payment to and existing mandate and then blocking your account for a 48 hour review period? Also waiting literally hours to speak to their security team? Truly terrible customer service :((

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy
