@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk I have been trying to return a call from your fraud department earlier and have spend about half an hour trying to get through. It would also seem that my card is temporarily blocked and I need the block removed today.

@Victoria_TMC @TrinityLeeds No worries. There's also the @santanderuk work café but there only semi open. The woods in Chapel Allerton I think do drop in hang out all day working. And the Left Bank in Hyde Park also used to do one for free. But not sure now.

@santanderuk You don't support customers, a pensioner I know has had her account blocked by you (including access to her pension to pay for food and heating), she has a severe illness and cannot travel to a branch as you demanded with ID. One of your managers rudely hung the phone up on her!
