@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk Your Switch and £130 cash back has turned out to be a huge con!! Filled in the Switch form as directed on your website for an existing account and now being told it had to be an external a/c which had to be closed within 60 days. I can't close an account

@santanderuk I've come up with a better idea as a long standing Santander customer. When I change my bank to to any of the big UK banks they will give me £140.

OMG @santanderuk has got to the THE WORST bank in the history of banking. Terrible customer service. Been on the phone over 20 mins and still no answer. Dont think they actually want my money saved with them. Time to move
