    @santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk PINs are easy. If someone has your phone & can access your bank accounts with it, they can just navigate to "Display Card Details" (different banks may use different terms) and then "Display PIN". If you set up biometric access, your phone will require your fingerprint to unlock.

    @MorganBroadcast My heart goes out to you. You have been hugely let down by @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk. Id be taking them both to civil court. They will not like that.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk is literally a POS bank with an awful app, web UI and the worst customer service. Sorry this happened to you honestly , but I am not surprised Santander are next to useless in helping

    @MorganBroadcast I hope @santanderuk @santanderukhelp will work with you to investigate exactly what went wrong here to protect all its customers. I’ve been a customer of theirs for 20 years+ but will switch in a heartbeat if their systems mean my money and security is compromised.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Unfortunately with Mastercards, etc. it’s the guides the bank follow and if a pin has been written down or provided to family/friend’s then it’s 2 counts of negligence on your behalf. The bank won’t raise it because they know they won’t win it’s case.

I had an issue a few weeks back about what I thought was fraud in my account. Passed from pillar to post they didn’t know who should deal with
