@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk they will block your card for even £10 then need to call to the bank to verify and waste your 30 mins to confirm security check . I tried different bank Barclays which is quick . If you open account with Santander they will cause you inconvenience a lot

@santanderuk Shocking customer service. All sons money fraudulantly taken 2 weeks ago. 4 times spent chasing for 2 hours at a time and still nothing being done. Awful "bank???" if you can call you that!!

@santanderuk 1.0 Dear S********, Please, and once more, please.... I am exasperated, furious, heated...... I was on the phone this mooring {25-04-2022} from 11.30 0r 11.40 to 2.17+++ pm for a transaction. The first customer service front line failed to connect me to fraud office.

Hi @santanderuk. I have a problem with a card. Your online solutions are rubbish, your chatbot is rubbish, your call wait times are unacceptable and you don't allow customers to send you a secure message to deal with offline. What am I supposed to do? Shambolic.
