    Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

    @santanderuk having issues accessing online since this morning. Have been waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone. This is my third call of the day ..

    @santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

    @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

    @santanderuk most incompetent bank ever, block your account with no warning, 2 hours on hold, online banking blocked, branch can’t help - that’s why I love @monzo

    @TheFCA @santanderukhelp @santanderuk manytimes i have requested that it’s my main account where all the direct debits and standing orders are in place but this blocker will result in serious financial issues but been told back office is busy and will contact.

    When you spend 3 hours of your holiday on the phone to @santanderuk because each department passes you to the next, to the next, and back to the original; all with contradictory information 😡😡😡 quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had ever
