    @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

    Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

    @santanderuk in Northern Ireland does not issue @bankofengland notes from its ATMs. Not good.

    @santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

    @santanderuk having issues accessing online since this morning. Have been waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone. This is my third call of the day ..

    @TideBusiness I have to applaud you guys. With our payment issue earlier, we were in a bad way. Your support people and twitter people resolved the issue in 90 mins. Thats 4 mths faster than @Barclays and 2mths faster than @santanderuk . Amazing, thank you

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp please can you clarify the issue impacting your online banking app, how far back it impacts transactions, and when it is expected to be fixed? I’m missing at least 3 transactions that were there yesterday 🤷🏼

    @santanderuk Would you be able to help me? I purchased a phone from @QuickMobileFix on Boxing Day last year and they didnt send me the phone. They have fobbed me off with different dates when they will pay me back and promised I wd receive funds today and haven't.#QuickMobileFix

    @santanderukbiz @santanderuk I’ve been trying to access money in my business account (Ref J1745778/MG) for a month. Account made dormant after I got perm job...sent all paperwork to reopen and no response. Pls help - you are preventing me accessing to my money.

    @santanderuk It would be useful to continue your policy of paying DD’s when they have been covered by funds in the morning prior to the their return mid morning Many businesses would welcome this support and it would be a positive help in difficult times

    @santanderuk When i have transfered money out of my account my balance has not changed and money has not been recieved to my other account is this a problem with the app?

    I’m absolutely broken, I cannot do this anymore @santanderuk I feel absolutely broken and at the end of my tether right now. I can’t give you any longer, I’ve asked for help, I’ve followed all your steps! I can’t do it anymore!!
