  @santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

  @MsSC1986 @santanderuk Car *** was the same. Handed car back, started getting letters about arrears and dire consequences for credit rating. "Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

  Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.
