Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@santanderuk This is the first time I have ever had an issue with @santanderuk Just went to checkout my online Tesco shop for delivery tomorrow & I am unable to. I rely on my shopping being delivered as I am disabled & housebound. I really hope this issue is resolved in the next hour😡

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple
