  Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts. I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

  @UltraDane @santanderuk and all other banks who do this - you are a joke and should be fined millions. Its HIS money, **** all to do with you. I'd find a bank that does let you do what you want with your own money and ditch these parasites - even for worse benefits
