  @santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

  @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

  Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

  @santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
