  @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

  @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

  @santanderuk - I’m still waiting, that’s another 4 hours and still no access to the banking services I’ve already paid you fo just becuase you feel like you need to go slow @MartinSLewis is this normal to block access or should I be looking elsewhere
