    @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

    @santanderuk stop sending emails about using my overdraft when the reason it happened is because you stopped sending texts to say I was nearing it. I received no notification you were doing this. Surely youโ€™ve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service

    @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

    @santanderuk Thank you, itโ€™s Carnoustie and Google tells me itโ€™s a Friday, is that right? Also, I canโ€™t take her until June, is that likely to be an issue? I am just wondering if I need to email to let the bank know her account will need to stay locked until then?

    @santanderuk I opened a cash Isa on 29th April with the plan to transfer an Isa into your account. I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a ยฃ200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer
