    @BarclaysUKHelp Paying in coins and collecting more money bags, this should a basic for your customers. Thankfully @santanderuk were able to provide a better service at the time they said they were open so I paid the money into my savings account instead. They now have my money.

    Service at its worst! @santanderuk, I have sent over 6 hours on and off over the past two days on the phone trying to get through to someone in support. It was faster for me to move banks then get in contact with you! Well done @StarlingBank, unlucky @santanderuk

    @santanderuk service is Soooo appalling in an emergency and it’s taken 3 hours to speak to someone. When I did speak to someone they transferred me to someone else and then hung up. Lucky it’s not an urgent matter 🙄 Seriously need to look at your UX process. Utter joke

    @santanderukhelp Technical support confirmed ongoing issues with token deletion, impossible to add card to Google wallet, awful, I've been trying for weeks with no success. Answer: wait longer and keep trying, aka find a better bank... @santanderuk @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk to know the situation I am in and the lack of doing anything on Santander's end despite me explaining this situation to what must now be at least 6 separate individuals at the company. This business is sick in my opinion just let me access my money please!

    @santanderuk UTTERLY useless - the only way to report a lost or stolen card is through the Mobile App, but what if you lost your phone? Use the website? No - logging in to that needs to you to authenticate with the Mobile App. Stupidity!!!

    @tartan1314 @santanderuk 1 hr and 40 mins! That's awful! I guess, when this is over, changing banks might be on your agenda. People clearly aren't their priority.
