@santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

@santanderuk and what’s worse is I can’t even log on to my online banking to show I can afford to pay for my food or go to a cash point and take it out because it says insufficient funds 🙄 Help!
