@santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

@santanderukhelp Well that's a reply - it is completely impossible to tell whether a call is genuine or not as your numbers are just a 0808 or 0800 number - was not offered the call back number - this should be standard procedure so your @santanderuk identity can be verified.

Dear @santanderukhelp @santanderuk don’t tell me what to do with my money, if I want to deposit into Binance I will. A customer of over 15 years I will be closing my account tomorrow!
