    @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

    I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latterโ€™s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

    Please donโ€™t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I canโ€™t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

    @santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.

    @santanderuk every time I go through your tweets I am more disgusted because I see there is more things that you were doing that itโ€™s just absolutely outrageous from cancer treatment to no disability access to people not being access their funds and not be able to get treatment

    Key stats from @santanderuk's Q1 2023 results: Mortgage applications down 37% as it expects house prices to fall back to 2021 levels. Meanwhile customer deposits fell by ยฃ5.1bn and while savers have "low average balances", it revealed 16% are NOT covered by the @FSCS scheme

    @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB Iโ€™ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show
