    @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

    @santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter

    @JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK It's quite alright Presumably my @SantanderUK account will be refunded for the missing 🍟chips so all's well that ends well It's worth mentioning that the printed 🧾 receipts attached to the delivered package indicate not insignificant printing πŸ–¨ problems Some information absent

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. πŸ‘
