I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

In essence she hasnβt had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
