    @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem.

    @santanderukhelp Apparently sending photo id is not sufficient and I have to attend in person. I am disgusted with the customer service @santanderuk provides. I have been with you for 35 years and this is how one gets treated!!!

    @santanderuk Do you realise how ill you are making me? Another 2 hours on the phone was told I could close my account and now another block put on it! How on earth do you keep going absolutely disgusting treatment

    @santanderuk really disappointed in your customer services. Yesterday i called the bank and it just rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Today i tried again and waited 30 minutes. I appreciate that every business is Covid affected, but those wait times are unacceptable

    @santanderuk your service is SHOCKING. I have been trying to speak to you since Friday and cannot get through. I have now been on hold for 40 minutes for the third time this week. Hire more staff!

    @santanderuk Hi there. If I pay a check drawn on another bank into my Santander account, when should I get the money? Do you clear checks using cheque imaging? I thought it was by midnight the next working day plus 1 more day as I paid it in at the Post Office.
