Damien McCrystal (@DamienMcCrystal) reported@santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you canโt serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Donโt treat people like **** because theyโre poor and inarticulate.
