    @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked peoples bank accounts? Why have you blocked peoples bank cards? Why can people not access their own money? Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts. I am trying to close the accounts and cannot as you will not allow it. Meanwhile I cannot access a penny. Disgrace.

    @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

    @santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they canโ€™t process an email any quicker than that. Donโ€™t make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.

    @santanderuk @TSB Met another elderly men with his son outside who drove over 20miles to get a statement they needed.. I recommended they phone they said they had tried but no one could understand them.. This is awful for the most vulnerable

    @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @santanderuk After being defrauded, Santander has blocked my attempts to get my money back. Iโ€™m being bombarded with consistent, slickly-worded AI emails threatening me about my overdraft now.They talk about 'support' in their emails while doing the exact opposite in reality
