If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

@santanderuk sort your **** OTP bollocks out, wasted my time trying to put the right code in multiple times only to be told it isn't the right code when I have 5 ppl stood with me telling me I've entered the exact same code. You aren't the only bank I can take my money elsewhere

Tell you what, @santanderuk - why not make it an option on your site to make appointments to set up child accounts in branch? Rather than funnelling people in to branch, only to be told (inevitably) that there’s nobody available to do it and to book an appointment to come back.

@santanderuk saw the tweet about the other guy spending 2 hours on phone. Similar experience to mine. I must say I have been with TSB and never experienced issue. Your payment system on app doesn’t work and complaints team are the worst. @bancosantander why is your bank so bad?
