Iโve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and Iโm at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck ๐ก

I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.
