Technicslover (@technicslover) reported@nickkeca @santanderuk blocked my credit card for buying something from a supplier I'd used before and I authorised it with my fingerprint on the app. They still thought it was fraud. Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

Peter Oakley (@agentoakley) reported@santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with ยฃ100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help
