I have never seen anything like this! We will see what we can do is not acceptable for me or any customer!

Can’t change the number without sending a statement, can’t access the statement without his no longer active mobile number…not sure what we can do 😡

I mean maybe it's time to have some cash lying around because without it these guys have full control of us. At least in 1950 there was human interaction and someone would answer with a human response not a script! Fuming!

I can't access my business account the past 5 weeks and I have 60 staff who are on the verge of being unemployed plus can't afford their bills or feed their families But don't worry they said they will look into it for me!!! It's now 5 weeks later.

Joke of a bank I can't access my own money and their is no branch access apparently. You might be waiting a while!

Only 8 docking points near the stadium so risk of not being able to dock - but if bike scheme staff can support, be great alternative for fans heading from centre/MK Bowl etc. to free up bus space?

Stu Man (@StuMan21953001) reported@santanderuk CAN SOMONE ANSWER THE PHONES!!! I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE A CALL IN RELATION TO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT 60 STAFF ARE ABOUT TO LOSE THEIR JOBS AS I CAN NOT ACCESS MY OWN MONEY TO PAY THEM. WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT DOES NOT HELP FEED THE FAMILIES OF MY STAFF.
