@firstdirect had unexpected deposit on Christmas Day which I can now only assume was part of @santanderuk error that I read about in news today. I’d already contacted business that “paid” me but had zero communication from you before it was withdrawn from acc this evening.

Customer service helplines havent improved in 2022, 35 minutes on hold so far - I do have opther things to do. Employ more staff please. Todays its @santanderuk 😠 tomorow some other company, they dont care.

@santanderuk 2 hours on the phone (and counting) to get a payment cancelled to a vendor that failed to deliver. Also tried using your form….but that wont accept the format of the emails I have. Why,are you making this so difficult? Time to find another provider! Terrible

@santanderuk absolutely shocking service, no branches left, hours on hold (yes I know there is a pandemic but other banks have moved on) and the online 'Chat-Bot' is useless. Please go elsewhere and find yourself a modern bank in the 21st century, catch up you useless lot!

This is the exact reason why I put my main job's pay onto my @santanderuk and my side jobs pay onto my @Nationwide because this isn't the 1st or 2nd time I or millions are experiencing this same issue with Nationwide. Absolute joke. Sort it out !!! #Nationwide #NationwideDown
