    @santanderuk Waiting for 1 hour on five occasions to try and speak to someone about a matter. Customer service at itโ€™s worst !

    @MartinSLewis @GMB Iโ€™m being forced to pay over ยฃ2,000 by @santanderuk to exit a mortgage that only has 3 months to run to term. Iโ€™ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and Iโ€™m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

    @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasnโ€™t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?

    @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?
