@MartinSLewis @GMB I’m being forced to pay over £2,000 by @santanderuk to exit a mortgage that only has 3 months to run to term. I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

.@santanderuk @santanderukhelp You've blocked my account without any prior warning.....and now you're saying that you're unable to contact me or raise it with the relevant team. I'm abroad and unable to access money. Abysmal service. Switching banks the second this is resolved.

@santanderuk I informed the branch in London that I would be travelling to India but I have been unable to withdraw money from an ATM on the various occasions I have tried. This is highly frustrating and inconvenient. With very high phone charges I'm reluctant to call. HELP

@santanderuk Absolute joke got payments need to do tonight and cant do a simple task online like change a OTP number, keep shutting branches down were can speak to a human putting it all in to customers hands to do online advertise it EASY to do 24 / 7 yet none of it is easy

…and mobile banking/app ‘ease’ (40%). I can’t speak for @santanderuk but I can’t believe *anyone* would switch to @HSBC_UK for any of those reasons. Their app is dire, customer service mediocre and online banking bare bones.

@santanderukhelp 1/4 Hey @santanderuk , I have banked with you for over 25 years. If I remember right I have never defaulted on any loans, mortgage or DDs …..Ever! In 2022 you you blocked access twice for absolutely no reason at all, causing me many issues.

@santanderuk I keep getting emails about a current account application that I haven’t initiated. I replied to them email to let you know but apparently you don’t monitor replies. I tried chat but it’s a robot that has no clue what I’m talking about. Help.
