    @JohnJamesDuffy @santanderuk Hope you've managed to get through and sorted? My partner spent hours last week trying to get through to Lloyds. Banking customer service these days is absolutely useless, so much for progress! They just don't seem bothered or interested. It was much better years ago.

    @santanderuk I've been trying to put my name on business account since I bought the business FIVE MONTHS ago and still hasn't been processed and the previous owner has full access while I don't. Unacceptable service

    @santanderukhelp Finally a resolution - found a bank who will talk to me and who will do a switch for me That’s after another 2 working days of long phone calls to Santander Frankly disgusting behaviour from @santanderuk and I would advise companies to stay clear of their online only account

    @NatWest_Help @santanderuk I’m a Santander customer, used a NatWest cash machine and the machine snatched back my money before I could get it. NEITHER ONE OF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF SORTING IT…USELESS. Would be different but f I owed you money😡

    Nice one @santanderuk , changing the 123 current account to only pay interest if you now have 2 direct debits. How does that help some of your most vulnerable customers that only pay a care home fee by direct debit? #reallynotimpressed

    @santanderuk you locked my account a week ago while I was sending money to my other account, your lines are never free, online chat is a robot and I have no access to my online banking and this is after all the trouble you caused on the 1st July and the locked the account on 2nd

    @santanderuk is there a problem with your online system? I'm trying to move funds from one account to another and it's saying insufficient funds, despite there being enough funds. It's driving me potty.

    @bancosantander @santanderuk Do you believe in modern slavery? Your website claims you are against it, yet your employees do best to modern slave me, via chicanery + avoidance beyond 30 days of clearance and payment of bank funds for my U.S studio work. I want access to my money.
