So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡
