Absolute joy is when you, a deaf, need to contact @santanderuk who are super inaccessible for deaf and HoH users and whose digital help assistant keeps asking you to click "Chat With Us" - which DOES NOT EXIST on the blasted website nor on the app.

@santanderuk An awful company. Don’t let you pay your credit card with a debit card, force you to set up a DD. Technically they do but cunningly enough it never works. And don’t come on here saying you do because you don’t. Awful and disingenuous. Don’t become a customer.

@lebara I moved to you a couple of days ago & ported my number. People are now able to phone & text me on my ported number, however, when I try to get an OTP code from @santanderuk nothing happens. I need to book flights. Please let me know how to solve this problem

@santanderuk As a business customer, I need to complain. Your staff at Leicester caused me to have a full on panic attack. And left me sitting in plain view for everyone to see. Have a look at your cctv footage. Appalling service. Please contact me.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Just switched to Santander, didn’t receive temporary password, rang up, placed on call for 15 mins then hung up on. Rang again and told I have to wait potentially 14 days to get letter so I can access my money. Absolute joke. Won’t be recommending

25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?

@santanderuk online booking is so frustrating. Does anyone suffer same problem with santander. Cannot pay any large amounts online and can't even set up a standing order online... poor old fashioned set up!

@OctopusEnergy You have no problem taking a monthly direct debit from @santanderuk but have security concerns about putting it back? Given these security concerns, should I cancel my direct debut to be extra safe?

@santanderuk are there any plans to add boosts to the Santander app or even a separate boost app. Everytime I try and log onto boosts on the website it tells me my session has just expired even though I have just logged on
