@santanderuk So what was the technical issue, or are you not going to give any sort of detailed explanation? Take a look at how well Twitter handled their major security issue last year. They don't treat customers like idiots and fully explained what had happened & why it won't happen again.

  • cleistro Jana Hrickova (@cleistro) reported

@santanderuk The app is still not working, don't like the message.. Oops something got wrong.

Supporting tearful student daughter who fell victim to bank fraud yesterday-£700 gone from her account. Thankfully she was able to get @santanderuk to block further payments. A hard lesson for her & hard for me as she is away from home. So many scams out there

@Andrew_Cleave @cassyjsy @santanderuk 1/ I, stupidly, was searching by the address correctly entered! I see the Planning Dept. Civil Servants have entered the address to make it harder to find. Noted that they're playing the 'pandemic' card, as a reason to keep what has been accepted as inappropriate for the site

  • mpw_ mpw (@mpw_) reported

@Andrew_Cleave @cassyjsy @santanderuk Okay, weird it doesn't appear when I search and I've seen no site notices (and I pass several times a day)

  • p2pfreedom node69 (@p2pfreedom) reported

@imcalledsara @santanderuk bitcoin is never down

@santanderuk @santanderuk you’ve said all is back to normal but I still cannot access the app!

  • susiek227 susan kelly 🦋🇮🇪🍀💙 (@susiek227) reported

@santanderuk I used my credit card five times yesterday without problems and the transactions were on my account by the time the App was working. Is there some sort of postcode lottery going on?

  • HasanAshraf6 Hasan Ashraf (@HasanAshraf6) reported

@santanderukhelp My daughter is trying to open Essentials Current Account for the last two weeks (application reference number 20553465). Can someone at @santanderuk urgently help as we have to transfer funds from overseas. L

@NickLockyer @santanderuk The book stops with the person in charge. If a ship is running poorly it isn’t down to the crew but the captain!
