@santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

@santanderuk Is there a known problem with logging into online banking? I sometimes get in, including the OTP, but then it kicks me out as soon as I try to do anything like make a payment.

@santanderuk You offer ZERO fraud service - my account has been affected and I am on HOLD again for over 1 hour? It is shameful! I have been a customer of Santander since 1997! Shabby and I'm leaving.

@faypricey @santanderuk Online banking - OK with that. But she has been on the phone with @santanderuk for 30 mins - person on the line was not competent to solve the problem. Neither were the previous two. Another reason to switch banks. Next available branch appointment, July.

@santanderuk @JustEatUK hi guys, Justeat are not responding when I accidentally ordered food to the wrong place and their website didn't let me cancel that order. Can you please tell me what to do? Their customer service is appalling and they have no phone line to contact.

@santanderuk has the WORST online banking help (never works) and is completely unreachable by phone. Waiting on a call for approximately the 100th time for well over 2 hours for another rude, unhelpful customer support person to spend 30 seconds with me.

@santanderuk if you are going to block me transferring £10k of my own money to my own account at least have the decency to answer the phone when I call your fraud department as requested.. sick of hearing "very sory to keep you waiting" answer the phone!
