Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesn’t deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).

Lucy Dorrington (@TheParentGame) reported@santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

Sarah (@MsSC1986) reportedDear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.
