  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

  @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  I wonder how long il be tweeting about how awful @santanderukhelp @santanderuk is and how much more they’re going to lie & do nothing. 4 days in counting. Access blocked, they have information, they are to lazy to review, staff say right to complain. Full of 💩

  @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account
