Do you not communicate with one another or test these patches before installing them? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to Santander, no apology, nothing on the website. Piss poor customer service!!

@KayHackett3 @santanderukhelp Honestly ive never had 1 issue with barclays not 1 issue at all now my wife on the other hand @santanderuk are absolutely useless no 24hr number no access to her bank account shell be moving to barclays after this has been sorted

@XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.
