Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

@santanderuk I have been trying for 1 day now to get through. Being on hold for about 30mins then giving up on through out the day. I have no access online banking. Can someone help please? @santanderukhelp

But that God for @santanderuk who helped me immediately. It took 10 minutes of my day to open the case and report the issue, and less than 24 hours to get my money back. Money I didn't have to spend in the first place. (4/5)

@santanderuk I am having issues with logging into the app still. The app says my phone has been rooted but I have never downloaded anything or done anything to tamper with the security of my phone so I do not know why this is saying this 🙃🙃🙃

@santanderuk Heres an idea for possible discussion, when you hang up on a customer, rather than waiting for them to go through the labyrinth of getting through again, you call them back on the number you have saved? Radical, right?

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.
