    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I have not been able to access on-line banking for TWO WEEKS now! Received temp passwords etc which didn't work - blocked me! Had to wait till today (another week) for a new set of codes - still saying access blocked!!! 1/2

    @financialombuds @santanderuk unbelievable customer service. online access 2 our own blocked for the last 3 days. Everyday we ate calling and chatting to various guys. Today after 4 one hr on hold a guy came and asked some couple of same questions & without (1/3)

    @santanderuk absolutely the worst customer experience. Your eSaver account is happy to take money in but when withdrawing money it blocked my account. 2hrs on the phone and then security tries to execute the transaction over the phone and it's reblocked account! Ops now needed!

    @santanderuk Holding on the phone for an hour this afternoon trying to talk to someone about my Isa with no luck. Also tried your webchat , waited 20 mins for someone to respond on there with no luck either. Is this your normal service level or what’s happening ???

    @santanderuk you have 1 Branch in the city where your head office is based. It closes at 3pm. All other banks around open Trying to unlock a frozen account. You are to customer service what Dr Crippen was to marriage guidance. #soontobeexcustomer

    @santanderuk shocking customer service -1hr to get through, 10 days to replace a stolen bank card..(which was sent 2nd class mail!) and unhelpful server attitude. This will be one customer less.

    I’ve spent over 2 HOURS on hold waiting to speak to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - have been cut off twice before even speaking to someone. They think there’s fraudulent activity. There’s not. Absolutely appalling customer service. Accounts will be closed ASAP.

    @santanderuk Hi. I waited 30 mins for my call to be answered. A lovely polite lady picked up my call. She went to speak to her manager 35 mins ago. I'm still on hold..... . .... Anyone working there still or have you all gone home?
