@santanderuk So, can’t pay for my online shopping tonight as I can’t access the app to verify and the OTP is refused (take it that’s due to the issues). Time to move banks had enough of this ‘service’

@santanderuk absolutely FUMING. Your app is down. Tried to log onto to online banking to make an urgent transaction but it’s asking me to log into the app to authenticate! I wouldn’t have try on my laptop if your app wasn’t down 😤😤😤

@santanderuk So, your online banking’s NOT working & you put up a page saying you can call #Santander 7a.m. to 9pm Monday to Saturday. On calling, though, you say your line’s closed ‘cos you f**k off @ 8pm. Kindly EXPLAIN.
