@santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

@santanderuk are built on a load of lies - lie to the customer, lie to save face, gaslight the customer and tell them it is the customers fault, or Royal Mail's fault, or the strikers fault. 25 years i have been with you - i advise people to leave this bank

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

@PeteTaxMiller @santanderuk Tried to open a business bank account with them in December (we already have one for the tax business), and were given the complete run around. The service was so poor, I suspect they’ve no interest in opening new business accounts.
