    Bizarre that @santanderuk online systems are unable to show the last date/payment of a proportion of my (longstanding) direct debit payments... ...I'd have thought this was pretty key information for a customer—and the ideal task for a computer: storing/retrieving info 🤔

    @santanderuk How the hell can you justify my mortgage repayment going UP by over £130pm in the last 12 months already, then have the nerve to advise of a further increase from February!? @MartinSLewis website to be consulted for advice. This is scandalous!!! Merry flamin Xmas!!!

    @santanderuk fix your app so that it’s possible to do all things cc related in it: update direct debit etc. Also I should be able to adjust my own direct debit date. I shouldn’t hate to call you to do that.

    Been trying for over a week to contact @santanderuk on an important matter and can’t get through. 40 minutes today before phone answered then immediately cut off. Branch say can’t help got to be done on phone…useless!
