  Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

  @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

  @santanderuk is the worst student bank account, i had transferred my current account last week and i was told i will get my rail card in 5 working days but its been more than that and i still haven’t got anything from them and i have tried to contact them but its awful service

  @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches
