  @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

  @SandraF74372594 @santanderuk I waited for 30 minutes then decided it was pointless. Some of their staff on X have admitted there’s an outage even though their official status page claims not.

  @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

  .@santanderuk your automated chat function is really, really terrible and it's impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. God help any pensioner trying to bank with you.
