Tara H (@tarahils) reported@santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

KrisMearns (@MearnsKris) reported@SickSide3 @santanderuk Now he’s 16, he’ll likely need photo ID more and more. He’s of working age, so good time to sort out photo ID for him. Bus pass? Rail card? Passport? He has none of these?
-
Chezzy Rezzy (@ChezzyRezzy) reported@santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.
-
SJ (@SJ_H11) reported@santanderuk can you please provide me with a customer service contact number? I refuse to talk to your robot Sandi as I’m speaking plain English to it and it has absolutely 0 comprehension to what I’m talking about

Pasteur Eyes #UTA 🟥 (@broncoskolar) reportedDisappointed @santanderuk that you moved my local Canary Wharf branch without telling me. Not good customer service.
-
Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.
-
AP (@andyparsons3) reported@santanderuk and there we have it, no contact was made, nothing, heading towards day 3 of no access to something i’ve paid for
-
Shirley (@SJacks61) reportedMy husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.
