@santanderuk you won’t allow me to change my address online as your system is so out of date and my postcode doesn’t exist (exists on every online retailer site though) You want me to visit a branch but you closed all the local ones. Any suggestions?

@santanderuk great customer service. Didn’t hold on my first call as I was signposted to website, can’t do what I wanted. Try to call again to be told the office has closed…..early it would seem as stated online it’s 7pm it closes.

@santanderuk just emailed me abt switching off Retailer Offers. Email says the replacement "Boosts" will be "new & improved". This is impossible. If it's new, it didn't previously exist and thus can't be improved. If it's improved, it existed previously & therefore can't be new.
