@santanderuk Very poor customer service. Disconnected 3 times on 0800 028 4055 opt 5, the 4. Then when I do get through to someone after waiting for 15 mins they hang up on me 😡

Hey @santanderuk - any chance you can add Time-based One Time Passwords using an authenticator app as an alternative login option? It's frustrating waiting for texts and having 3 come at once due to poor mobile signal.

Head up; A scam company have been using @santanderuk to commit fraud. They appear on your phone as if it's the same number as what appears on the website, however Santander says in their policies that no in-person consultant would call you, only an automated voice if necessary.

@santanderuk when are you opening your branches on a Saturday, now that every other shop/job is open? Unable to get to a branch mid week due to working. Yes I can use the machines and online, but there are times it is easier to go in.
