    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

    If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

    @santanderuk worst bank ever. I'm closing my account. Set up account. Account blocked trying to set up online banking. 3 failed calls to customer service. Can't be done on phone, visit a branch. Waited in in Byres Rd branch today Told its sorted, access still blocked. Outrageous

    @JOM95428828 @santanderuk I was traumatized when this happened to me last week, untill a friend told me about @4oxTech and how they assisted, I tried their service and it worked perfectly.
