    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

    @SickSide3 @santanderuk Now heโ€™s 16, heโ€™ll likely need photo ID more and more. Heโ€™s of working age, so good time to sort out photo ID for him. Bus pass? Rail card? Passport? He has none of these?
