@santanderuk Santander have told BBC news that card payments are working as normal and ATM network is 'operational'. That certainly wasn't the case this morning. Is this now true or simply more misleading and blatantly false information?

@santanderuk That does not help with making payments online or transferring money to other accounts. What remedial action will be taken on the back of this?

  • morgen174 MarkosM (@morgen174) reported

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk no access to my bank account!! What is going on? You need to give customers an inconvenience fee because you’re quick to charge if someone is overdrawn. Tried to pay a tab last night & my card was card rejected! Had to switch to my other bank!!

@santanderuk Excuse will be “ due to COVID people are working from home and takes longer to fix IT issues” well if a 15yr kid can break into homeland security and play a nuclear war game all from his home. Gus you can fix IT issues
