@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

@MorganBroadcast So awful that no one is helping you! @santanderuk as a customer this makes me very concerned about whether I can rely on you to keep my money safe - should I close my 123 account or are you going to help?

  • mohalipatel Mohammed Patel (@mohalipatel) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk You can still do charge back claims on DC purchases for services not rendered or products not received. It's meant to be easier to do on CC but it's not impossible on a DC the process is just meant to take longer...you may need proof i.e. crime ref no etc from police may help

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this Charlotte. Do you know if @santanderuk spoke to anyone using your stolen mobile/left a msg? If yes, then they've breached GPDR. I would make a subject access request for your info as there should be a copy of all the calls & what actions they've carried out

@MorganBroadcast This is awful! Hoping @santanderuk & @VirginActiveUK sort out their respective security issues - and apologise!

@charlesarthur @santanderuk But you still have to defeat the biometric login first. How was that done?

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Wow this is horrific. In a cost of living crisis I would have thought that companies would do more to help their customers. I do hope that you are OK and you will be able to cope. Shame on them for their refusal to assist.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk you need to help this lady, your security to protect your clients was breeched by very sophisticated con artists this is no her fault , we are living in hard times you need to do the right thing and give her her money back.

@MorganBroadcast I have no advice to give here, just wanted to say how sorry I am that this has happened to you. And as a long time customer of @santanderuk am utterly appalled at their actions. I hope this works out for you x

@MorganBroadcast Firstly I am so sorry you are experiencing this - I really hope you get some resolution and answers soon. Secondly, I would never bank with @santanderuk ever again - they caused us years of problems that they instigated but refused to put right. Sad to hear they've not improved

  • aninkyaffair Paz (@aninkyaffair) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they got into your banking app you can access the pin for your cards via the app. I just checked mine that way yesterday.
