Chelsea🐶 (@Chelsea_ej) reported@MorganBroadcast Did you get the details of the other people who have also been frauded? Have they hit a brick wall with their banks and the gym?I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I hope the police do look into this and I hope @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk see that they are also a problem
-
Simon Martin 💙 (@Tigersimon1967) reported@MorganBroadcast Charlotte, appalling ‘Customer Service’ from @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK. I feel for you, please contact their CEOs, look to see if you have any legal cover with insurance and contact Financial Ombudsman once you have the written info. Two companies I will never use. x
-
Scottish Suffragette🏴 (@ScottishSuffra1) reported@MorganBroadcast @WandererMiranda This is awful. @santanderuk you need to step up to the plate here this is outrageous.
-
Mr Wylis: gnostic atheist, pro-vax, LGBTQIA+ (@MrWylis) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The bank should be speaking to the police and the fact that other people suffered in the same way as you means there's some kind of sophisticated criminal enterprise, and obviously you've not given your PIN out. I can't imagine how **** this must feel.
-
Cllr Kate Chinn 💙 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@Epsom_Chinn) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I had a card stolen and the PIN number used 2006/7 time. I made a statement saying I had never written it down as I changed it the day I got the card. They accepted this and reimbursed me so that’s 16 yrs ago. I believe banks know it can happen !!!
-
nicola (@GleannIucha) reported@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk Charlotte, sorry you are suffering in this manner. This gives me horrors; so many synergies with own fears expressed to Santander in past over security & customer service Your’s worst case of all what ifs coming together - proving IS possible Your thread a public service
-
Toby Benjamin (@Toby_J_Benjamin) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Shame on you @santanderuk - it’s time you treated your customer with some care and respect, rather than making her life more difficult when she’s been made a victim from no fault of her own.
-
mike mcaughtrie (@MMcaughtrie) reported@santanderuk sort out @MorganBroadcast issue and your customer service while you're at it. She's lost her savings through no fault of her own. Easier to blame victim than take action. @VirginActiveUK you bear responsibility too
-
Billy Martin (@thistle5460) reported@MorganBroadcast Had similar awful experience with @santanderuk Crooks booked flights out the country. Surely easy to catch culprits - passports, airport CCTV? Cheaper just to let banks pay out was response… Months later, closed account and moved to @firstdirect
-
Dr Ryan Bramley 🐻 (@BramleyTweets) reported@MorganBroadcast Farrrrrrk. I'm so sorry Charlotte. This is ******* awful. Shame on @santanderuk ans @VirginActiveUK. "Negligent" is too kind a word.
