    Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

    @santanderuk You have deactivated my credit card (brand new not used yet) locked m out of my account, by doing so stranded me abroad and the only thing you can do is send stuff out in the post to a country I'm not in WTF!!!!!

    @santanderuk U have become useless bank, I go to website for contacts for mortgage- no phone number, digital assistant is a waste of time, i come to branch- no one to help, i want to use secure messaging- it was removed for some reason, why I am paying monthly fee for?

    Trying to get to work but @TFL @santanderuk cycles have 1. blocked my account without any warning, 2. won't let me log in to fix it, and 3. can't take a new card on the phone due to a bug. They also 4. Can't call me back to fix it when it is fixed....

    Recently opened an account with @santanderuk. Had issues setting up online banking. Called their help desk. 20 minutes of being told I would be connected and then just cut off. Appalling first experience of ‘customer service’
