    Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

    @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

    @MorganBroadcast Hi Morgan, I'm so sorry this has happened. I've been thinking though, one thing not mentioned is how they physically gained access to your belongings in the locker.     @MorganBroadcast I've never had an issue with @santanderuk they have been great. I had issues with the co op Bank they tried to tell me that I'd brought a TV from Argos because it was verified by my pin but I'd been to the atm at my local co op branch and it took my card

    @tggleeson @jmason @santanderuk what is being done to fix the massive security vulnerabilities identified in your mobile banking app ? It looks like simply uninstalling the app doesn’t save me. Should I destroy my cards ?

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. We bank with @santanderuk and recently we have had 2 occasions where they have not authorised an online banking transaction and frustratingly locked our accounts, without checks/calls. It sounds very haphazard rather than a systematic approach. 🤞 it gets sorted.

    Blimey @santanderuk @santanderukhelp why when it takes 3 hours + to eventually manage to report clear fraudulent account activity do you make the customer feel it’s they who are at fault ? Then to make matters worse we have to feel pleased it’s being investigated refund ? Maybe.
