@santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@santanderuk having issues accessing online since this morning. Have been waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone. This is my third call of the day ..

@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk terrible customer service by santander. Fraud in my name in April and assurance by santander that issue was closed. 2 months later account still open and 1 hour on phone to santander with no luck

@santanderuk Sort out your customer service & security team immediately. Husband on call now for 90 mins whilst in garage trying to pay for car & you’ve blocked his acct. He’s called back 3 times and you just put on hold. 90 mins now and still no further on. SORT YOURSELVES OUT.

Nice of @santanderuk to send me this after I've signed my contracts for my new house. I'm buying shared ownership. I'm already struggling as a first time buyer due to ridiculous inflation. And now I won't get my £3,000 bonus on my share? Hardly HELP to Buy, is it?! I'm so upset.

@ScotNational Very poor behaviour from @santanderuk . If mortgages were making a loss, it might be understandable, but to do this to your staff for no good reason other than lining the pockets of those who don't need help at the expense of your employees....
