@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Ooof! Also - you've got Santander trending on Twitter in the US and I'm sure UK so I'm guessing they will pay attention... @santanderuk you'd better fix this... all of it. This looks really bad for you.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Makes me think whether to cancel my @santanderuk accounts, their security is **** and obviously their fraud team are clueless. Poor service.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Wow this is horrific. In a cost of living crisis I would have thought that companies would do more to help their customers. I do hope that you are OK and you will be able to cope. Shame on them for their refusal to assist.

@Grassmonster3 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Terrible to think that virginactivrUK gyms have not vetted their workers even when clearly it was not an opportunist but someone with access to lockers. In my opinion the whole thing was an inside job.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk They have to prove that you were GROSSLY negligent. From my experience, the ombudsman will side with you. Recommend reading about similar cases on their website.

@MorganBroadcast I have no advice to give here, just wanted to say how sorry I am that this has happened to you. And as a long time customer of @santanderuk am utterly appalled at their actions. I hope this works out for you x

@DebayDeLux @santanderuk I banked with them years ago until something similar happened to me. Account emptied by fraudsters, I was left with absolutely no money for a whole week, had to ask family for food money. They also charged me when bills that were due bounced, so I ended up owing them £300. Awful!
