    If anybody banks with @santanderuk I would close that account ASAP, absolute waste of space. Shite opening hours for the working man, takes 45 minutes minimum to get through on the phone. Then when you get through, another 45 mins as they have transfer again!

    @santanderuk fraud & security team have a shocking response time. Disputed an account closure over 5 weeks ago and yet still not heard anything back . Despite saying they will get back to me. Absolutely poor service πŸ‘ŽπŸΎ

    @santanderuk How about also being the worst bank for fraud resolution. Awful awful bank . How many more complaints do you need for How awful you are at caring for customers.

    @santanderuk It is a shame @santanderuk does not care about existing customers. Opening another business account is mission impossible for this organisation. I am very disappointed with the service I have receiced over the recent weeks.

    @santanderuk you called me for an appointment re my mortgage and hung up after one ring. After 20 years with you it has been a difficult and slow process to discuss our mortgage. Generally not impressed

    @santanderuk really disappointed and surprised that you don't allow cheques to be paid in by app since so many UK banks now do. Do you have a date for when this service will be available? If not, I may need to move my bank account.

    @santanderuk Mike regnier sort out your fraud team. Worst service of the lot. Unblocked my cards without telling us so the only ones continuing to use our cards were the fraudsters. Geniuses you must employ.
