    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Doesn't help if you want a children's account which can't be applied for online! Managed to do it far more easy with other banks. And really 11 months! Your response indicates that this isn't important to the bank.

    All I got was automated responses even from the customer service team. Thank goodness for @santanderuk who did help and allowed a refund on my credit card. Having used @wowcher a lot in the past NEVER AGAIN!!

    @santanderuk I lost my online banking information as I haven’t used it for years. I tried to phone the customer service hundreds of times and wanted to use it online again. But never get worked. Either no body answer the phone(waiting more than 20mins) or no body get it resolved.

    @Mystsoftymes @santanderuk @CWUnews later after I tried to kill myself still in the episode i was having when I tried it so I was "hostile" the woman got snotty with me and said she wasnt there to be talked to like that i mean what is she there to do she said shed help me for over a year but actually did nothing

    @santanderuk on hold for more than one hour, was put through to the fraud team by a member of staff who couldn’t deal with the issue at hand. Made a substantial payment which has been blocked and for some reason my primary contact number was not used to get in contact #terrible
