    @santanderuk trying to get help from your online service about setting up a student bank account is as bad as using a chocolate kettle to boil water! Absolutely useless! Why can’t I speak to a human!

    Hey @santanderuk - any chance you can add Time-based One Time Passwords using an authenticator app as an alternative login option? It's frustrating waiting for texts and having 3 come at once due to poor mobile signal.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am very distressed by the bank's actions. I have been prevented from withdrawing my own money from my account and have been told it could be 24 hours before anyone from the 'back office' is able to explain this further to me and allow me access to my money

    @santanderuk my friend had her card details used for an amazon subscription but doesn't have an amazon account. U have cancelled the card but told her she can't get the money back bcoz it's a subscription and she needs 2 talk 2 @AmazonHelp but can't give her bank details? #WTF

    @notthedeadone Hi Richard. @santanderuk specialise in "catch 22" to stop you getting your own money. eg. Changed phone number "login to change it!. Just exactly how? email, PM, DM, phone all useless too. @AnaBotin

    @santanderuk am in Brazil can’t access online banking n after 20mins of glitching bk to signin page rang & held for 18mins t just miss 6pm close. This is urgent as am charged nearly £20 to Withdraw and want to know why the hell why. Bit bloody crap to say the say the least

    @santanderuk your Stratford branch has failed to log my official complaint. I visited the store on 22nd April, was told I'd receive a text with a ref number by the end of the day. This branch has failed on customer service.

    @stephenfry If I could afford to eat a C&T sandwich I'd get one right now. But thanks to @santanderuk shutting down my accounts last week - and taking all the money that was in them (£650) I'm skint, haven't eaten for 2 days and f*king miserable until HSBC open new acc and I can get money
