@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Just switched to Santander, didn’t receive temporary password, rang up, placed on call for 15 mins then hung up on. Rang again and told I have to wait potentially 14 days to get letter so I can access my money. Absolute joke. Won’t be recommending

@lebara I moved to you a couple of days ago & ported my number. People are now able to phone & text me on my ported number, however, when I try to get an OTP code from @santanderuk nothing happens. I need to book flights. Please let me know how to solve this problem

@santanderuk fraud line is dreadful. Numbers on the website are wrong (closed contact centre followed by a changed number). Finally connects and rings out for more than 20 mins before I give up. No wonder fraudsters win.

@chickenruby @santanderuk Mine wasn’t a scam but over paid my gas & electric account by £4600 by mistake. Took 3 weeks to get it back and the bank didn’t want to help nor did the energy company until threatened with legal action

@santanderuk After 9 days & 4 hrs speaking to 10 different people,some un-contactable anlst in back office security unlocked my a/c tks.No-one contacted me. Quiet non proactive cust service isn’t the way.Pls look at @Octopus @g__j as a shining light in ownership in customer comms

So @santanderuk - now waiting on phone for 18 minutes so far to flag my issue again - which you haven't filed and once again I haven't received a call that was promised. Your #customerservice is rubbish #fail So busy paying Ant & Dec that you've forgotten about your customers! 😡

@santanderuk online booking is so frustrating. Does anyone suffer same problem with santander. Cannot pay any large amounts online and can't even set up a standing order online... poor old fashioned set up!
