    @MrsMummypennyUK @santanderuk They then spent an hour explaining mortgages, the different options, why they couldn’t help, what could be done to improve what could be borrowed, how to reduce the monthly payment, how overpayments work and finally, they wished good luck on the house search. A massive help :)

    @santanderuk Every month I transferred money £s to my web saver account from Saudi salary account as usual. Yesterday I sent £10k and up till now it is not reflected in my account. Can someone help complete the transaction coz I need to pay my bills including mortgage, etc.

    I have held my @bancosantander card since 1970. It was originally issued by Harrods Bank. Some years ago, Harrods transferred the a/c to @santanderuk. I was tempted to close it yesterday because of the appalling service. I've kept it open for sentimental reasons only.

    @santanderuk been sat in the branch for over 20 minutes waiting to get to speak to someone, noone has appeared or even explained why I'm still waiting after the advised 5 minutes I was initially told, taken time out of my lunch from work for poor service

    Hi @santanderuk would like to report a fault on your phone banking. Every 20secs im told "Sorry to keep you waiting" This is excessive anyone would think you want me to hang up.... please fix asap

    @santanderuk Jesus Christ. I've been queuing to get some money out from your Birkenhead branch for over 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Two staff on, the scanner isn't working (apparently) and there's a queue stretching out the door (still). Appalling service.

    @santanderuk attempt number 3: 18 mins and no one even answering now. Meanwhile some scum is truing their best to steal my money and cant even block them via the app as that function is currently disabled. Extremely disappointing service!

    @santanderuk I have been locked out of my online account after paying rent. I have called 4 times and each time been put on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on. I cannot get hold of my local bank and there is no help online. please fix your advice services
