@santanderukhelp @santanderuk If it wasn't bad enough that my elderly mother hasn't got a branch near her, she can no longer access online banking as it says she needs to verify on the app but the app won't upload to her phone. Can someone please advise how to get verified.

@santanderuk honestly you need to sort yourselves out, I need help urgently and I myself am unable to get through on the phones, we need 24 hour call centres for our banking, for any problem, not what currently is in operation. if you fine myself for the problem I’m not paying.
