@DJKey @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Oh yeah if you owe them money they’ll be quick in letting you know & getting it back. Since they changed their debit cards to Mastercard they’ve been an absolute crock. going into a branch for help, forget it, if you haven’t got an appointment they won’t help & tell you to ring

@santanderuk You have been a payment between accounts in my name for 4 days now. Have wastes hrs trying to get this resolved and no timeliness for when you will. I also can't access any online banking, essential as I am disabled. This is disgraceful. Pls sort asap.

@santanderuk Clearly stated apply for loan and most decisions within 5mins. Once applied, got told someone will contact me within 5 working days. Not convinced most are contacted within 5mins🤔🤔 #banks

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis this is the worst behaviour from a bank I have ever witnessed the 74 year old has just had a stroke through stress and NOW WE ONOW WHY HE WAS STRESSED !!!! In august his mortgage was £2545.00 for the month WTF!!! Where’s the safe guarding where’s flag
