@santanderuk replacing cashback on my credit card, that could be done all on your app with a service I just had to create another account for and need to use a separate website is utter crap. The service could be good but more usernames passwords and websites isn't.

@santanderuk You have notified my you are closing my business account without giving any reason, when I called and requested to keep ot open until the new financial year (as I have invoices pending) The op just repeated the date it will be closed! Awful customer service!

@omnomis @VirginMoney do and have been fairly quick to respond. @santanderuk do, but not for customers who have business accounts. This is actually about a personal account, but because I also have a business account I have to use their crappy business website even for my personal account

@santanderuk please explain why you seem to think it’s ok to block my card and when I’ve called up just now you say you can’t unblock it until 8am UK time WHILE IM IN MEXICO 6 HOURS BEHIND!! Leaving me without ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!!??
