    @santanderuk I had a current account with you last year and I left to go to first direct. If I transferred back to yourselves, would I qualify for the incentive and is there a timescale on being a previous customer where I wouldn’t be entitled to the incentive?

    Can’t believe how useless @santanderuk have been in repaying people scammed by easy tickets / simple ticketing / mb promotions. Completely different with @HalifaxBank and they could not have been more helpful. The same issue resolved in opposite ways. Speaks volumes.

    @santanderuk Hey @santanderuk we're on the phone for over 1 hour now and no one is answering, this is an utter disgrace and horrible customer service! I have lost my valuable afternoon trying to speak to someone regarding a big transaction that did not go through and no answer on your end 😡

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk You have deactivated my credit card (brand new not used yet) locked m out of my account, by doing so stranded me abroad and the only thing you can do is send stuff out in the post to a country I'm not in WTF!!!!!

    @santanderuk told them that she is struggling no matter that i broke down on the phone they just kept asking her and me stupid questions even when i said we dont know how long she has they said can she come into a branch. Even when i said no she cant she has cancer she can’t

    Awful treatment from @santanderuk helen my wife is in Roxburgh her cancer spread to her brain so she can’t remember her pin and she lost her phone, so phoned Santander and explained and wanted to add new number, 50min on the phone explained that things not great.
