@santanderuk can't get cash out any ATMs, it says contact card issuer and your only branch in the city of Edinburgh closes at 3pm, absolute joke and disgraceful customer service unless unlike typing skint with bots 😡🖕

@santanderuk after 2 calls this morning totalling an hour, I was told to go into branch to unlock my account. Branch says no, call the same fraud number I called before. Fraud number says he’s, branch should have been able to help. Perhaps your teams could talk to each other?!?!?

@santanderuk I have a complaint. I wish to complain via email as after being kept waiting on the phone for over two hours whilst trying to sort a fraud issue I decided to email. Impossible only phone numbers available. Not only is this frustrating but 1/2

@santanderuk absolutely disgusted that I am left without access to MY funds. A block placed on my account on 2nd September as they wanted proof of residency etc. Papers requested were provided and block lifted. Further paperwork required and another block placed with no notice

@santanderuk Mortgage statements ordered 3 times but didn’t get delivered. We need these urgently to declare Swiss taxes. Can you please help? Long queues on the phone, when I was in London they refused to fax/email it to one of your local branches.
