  • martin01743005 martin (@martin01743005) reported

@santanderuk Santander has shown little empathy for my situation and although multiple notes have been left on my account I have seen no effort from santander to help me in this situation.

@santanderuk I am not a customer but I went into a Santander branch and asked the cashier if they could give me two fifty pence pieces for a pound coin, I appreciate that there is no profit in this transaction, needless to say I was told no. Now you want me to switch my current account.

@santanderuk does the current app have a mobile check deposit facility? Your website says yes, but the instructions don’t correspond with the app UI

@santanderuk 46 minutes and still on hold ……. Just the one person working today ?

  • WalaShukri Wala Shukri (@WalaShukri) reported

@santanderuk Your branch at New Malden High street closed down and moved without notifying its customers and without letting them know where to go or with whom to deal. How do you explain this?

  • NicolaFarmer57 Nicola Farmer (@NicolaFarmer57) reported

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Access has been denied to my account. I spent 12 mins at 13:25 listening to banal music and announcements. No one from your security team has called me. I’m waiting on the phone again, though I’m sure that home workers will be watching tv at 19:09 😡

  • joeymaley Joey Maley (@joeymaley) reported from Wokingham, England

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    **** @santanderuk worst bank ever

@santanderuk Your website says OTPs are required only in exceptional circumstances, for certain specific reasons. My transactions with Royal Mail over several months suddenly all require OTPs, Likewise, the National Lottery, over several years?
