    @santanderuk Appalling customer service - I changed my mind about switching my accounts - I have a right as a consumer to do this - you are now holding me to ransom and making me do the switch - I feel as though I have been hijacked and kidnapped.

    Appalling service at @santanderuk Darley St Bradford. It’s not the staff’s fault. They’re doing their best but they are inundated with customer (no doubt due to branch closures). Several bewildered looking elderly people - must be so intimidating for them.

    @TCymreig @santanderuk Had a terrible time trying to get our money from them when our mortgage finished. 25 yrs without a missed payment & they couldn't have been less helpful. Turns out we hadn't filled in a form that they hadn't sent us. Best part of 6 months it took for them to work that one out!
