    @santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

    @santanderuk How do I set up online banking / OTP for purchase confirmation when there is no mobile network access at the household? I have to run down the garden and wait 5 mins for any texts to stand a chance, and even then not reliable.

    @katebevan The bigger issue seems to be that with @santanderuk you just need a OTP to register a new device. The 'personal ID' required to generate the OTP is the card number - if that's been changed you can find it out using full name, D.O.B and post code all on a driving license.

    @santanderuk my son has lost his card and we are unable to access his online account, I tried calling but you won't handle out of hours, please explain what we should do to block his card? I find this shocking that we have no means to do thuis with you

    .@santanderuk It’s been nearly a year waiting for my £130 for switching current accounts. The online chat always comes back unable to help, so I call and it always rings out. I want to arrange a callback and get my money for meeting all the terms of eligibility, DM for my number!

    @santanderuk 40 mins trying to verify security because you're having IT issues. On top you keep blocking a transaction to my own account. I make weekly transactions to this account. Ridiculous.

    @santanderuk my daughter has just started uni, is in a strange city, and still does not have access to online banking as she has not received part 2 of the letters. She has had them resent to her over a week ago. What can she do to get this resolved?

    @santanderuk - when we’re struggling with an account issue and ask your agent how they can they help and they answer “I won’t” - what sort of service is that??? Utterly disgraceful.
