@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk All... the FCA suggest that all working with customers in finance should TCF or treat customers fairly. Ask for a formal complaint. Even if you accept compensation you can still progress to the ombudsman.... Santander have been treating customers with disdain for some time now.

The #customerservice from @santanderuk has been pretty atrocious. Using the app for support is ridiculous. Requested a balance transfer nearly a month ago and it still hasn’t happened despite being told 3-5 days #overdrawn
