  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Or… when they freeze your a/c owing to some’activity’ and force you to go into a branch with ID! Try that when you’re on holiday in Scotland or anywhere really since they have shut so many branches. If you don’t drive, have mobility issues etc you’re stuffed!! Terrible bank.

  @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

  @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

  @nickkeca @santanderuk blocked my credit card for buying something from a supplier I'd used before and I authorised it with my fingerprint on the app. They still thought it was fraud. Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.
