@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

Second let down of the day. @SantanderUK I requested a contactless disabled card. Was sent a normal one. As I don't have your app (no smartphone) told (via online chat)I have to go to my local branch. Local Branch closed some months ago! Tried phoning hung up after an hour.

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

Why is @santanderuk still showing branches on their website as open, when in fact they’re permanently closed? I had a fruitless and frustrating visit to the Strand today which was a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
