@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk Happy days - today I went to local branch to open new account and wanting help - no appointment available till 2023 - then phoned to change bank telephone contact - took 90 mins, two calls to different departments and an awful lot of waiting .. & Muzak - progress?

@santanderuk So seriously they won't let me transfer my own money out of my account. 4 hours of calls and still not sorted. It seems to me that the processes are out of control and no single point of accountability exists to rectify the issue and allow legitimate transactions to take place.

@WoyenB @santanderuk Thanks, I’ve used Chip and Pin which works but not all the time, can use my card online. Think I’m just going to change banks. Since they moved debit cards to Mastercard there’s been problems

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

Debit card stopped working, told it was faulty (wouldn’t stop it being used online but still) Ordered new one, still can’t use contactless. Went to the branch to get help, was told no one could help as I didn’t have an appointment @santanderuk you can go & suck my salty lolly!
