Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

Card blocked due to suspected fraudulent transactions on my account and nobody picks up the phone. Went to the branch to be told they couldn’t help and I had to call the helpline. Absolutely useless! 😡
