  Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

  @santanderuk Yes we will email you but this needs reporting to FSCS and financial ombudsman as the service we are getting is nothing short of appalling. Promises to call back but don’t and still can’t access our money despite requesting a transfer to an account in the same name …. Sigh 😞

  @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.
