  @gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation

  Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

  My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.
