Rang again and told I have to wait potentially 14 days to get letter so I can access my money. Absolute joke. Won’t be recommending

People are now able to phone & text me on my ported number, however, when I try to get an OTP code from @santanderuk nothing happens. I need to book flights. Please let me know how to solve this problem
