  @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

  @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

  @ForeverScept @santanderuk @antanddec Id check out the Martin Lewis website or download his app. There will be a deal to move to another bank and get cash back for doing it. Think my brother just moved to Nationwide for £175.

  @santanderuk is the worst student bank account, i had transferred my current account last week and i was told i will get my rail card in 5 working days but its been more than that and i still haven’t got anything from them and i have tried to contact them but its awful service

  @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  @santanderuk hey Santander. Why does it take so long for your security dept to reply??? On Friday tried for 40 minutes and now already for 30 minutes. What is the problem???
