  @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

  @gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderuk But by blocking my account I am affected. If you had just restricted her access, no problems. You have prevented me from accessing my wages without ever letting me know anything that’s going on. You’ve essentially stolen from me. I have to wait until she finishes work.

  Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

  @santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.

  I have written "GBP Sterling Only" after the amount on every cheque I have ever written in the UK, and for the first time today, since first having a current account (Chequebook) aged 16 to now, I am 60, the @DVLAgovuk has rejected a cheque saying I have "it is competed incorrectly" stating that wording is not permitted and prevents them from accepting it as a valid form of payment. I have checked with @santanderuk and they said it is completely fine. In 44 years, it has not been an issue, and I think rather than the DVLA being so judgmental and making accusations that are false, they should be honest and say our preference is....
