@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

@santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

@santanderuk so after 39 minutes of thinking if I had a pound for everytime I heard "sorry to keep you waiting...", now you're just ringing out but still no answer after 45 minutes & before you say it, no, I can't resolve my issue online!

Hi @CooperativeBank @santanderuk spent 7 hours on the phone to you both today trying to sort out the fact that my credit card payment (from coop account to Santander credit card) went through 4x instead of 1, inspite of Santander site saying it hadn't gone through

@santanderuk insisting @CooperativeBank need to provide ARN numbers so they can trace/refund payment, @CooperativeBank saying they don't have access to ARN numbers and can only provide Auth Codes

@santanderuk @CooperativeBank @santanderuk say auth codes no good, need ARN numbers. As fun as it's been acting as a go-between and repeating this over and over during a period of 7 hours while I was supposed to be working, please can you speak directly to each other to sort this out?
