It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?

They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.
