@santanderuk your service is a joke. I waited 1hr 20mins last night to try to speak to someone - nothing. Today I am sat waiting for 30 mins already to try a rectify a tech issue that is your fault!

@santanderuk Still an issue using a mobile phone. Used laptop to make payments only to have my account blocked. It would be good if you could let your customers know there's an issue before trying to make a payment, your colleagues in Anti Fraud are aware of it, so why not your customers?

@Giles1974 @santanderuk Had same problem when logging in through chrome. Logged in via Microsoft Edge and had no issue sending a payment.
