    @santanderuk Is your institution having problems? Why are you putting bank holds on transfers , it has been over 10 days! I have been making transfers for the past 6 years and NOW you put a hold on a 2000 euro transfer? What is happening there?

    @HWarlow @santanderuk I'm sorry that you are having issues. You can download their app to use online banking. I did it with my iPad for my credit union.

    @HWarlow @santanderuk It is possible that the customer service staff member gave you the wrong information, perhaps unwittingly. I know in the past I have not always received accurate information on the telephone from organisation staff. People do make mistakes; it’s frustrating, but nobody’s perfect.

    @santanderuk App apologising it's not working telling me online banking is working. Trying to log on to online banking and it's asking me to use the app to verify my attempted login - which isn't working.

    @santanderukhelp @bancosantander @santanderuk Santander has effectively shut us down. We can't work. I want this looking into like yesterday. We are a wholly legitimate reputable UK business. 5 days with out access to our money with no explanation is simply UNACCEPTABLE.

    @santanderuk mobile banking on app down but says can log in online but when you try it needs you to go on app the authorise the log in. So actually both are down or out of use. Comical.
