Hi @santanderuk. I have a problem with a card. Your online solutions are rubbish, your chatbot is rubbish, your call wait times are unacceptable and you don't allow customers to send you a secure message to deal with offline. What am I supposed to do? Shambolic.

@santanderuk your customer service is appalling. I demand you telephone me. Why should I spend half my day on hold because you're all WFH because of Covid when I'm working in a hospital!! No email address anywhere on your website either so I can't complain.

@santanderuk Unprofessional Scott in customer complaints tried to stop me from complaining about him using condescending terminology & gaslighting techniques during a call.He initially said I couldn't complain about him & then said the SLA for a response takes up to 8 weeks .

.@santanderuk terrible service and experience on a mortgage application. Delay and obfuscation. I called your “dedicated complaints team” and was told couldn’t complain as they are customer services, not complaints. And the delays go on- I may lose my property at this rate. Awful
