@santanderuk Having terrible problems contacting you. Tried to make an online payment this morning and you kept asking 'Are you sure?/ Are you really really sure? And finally I got blocked. Tried phoning your help number but of course no one answers. Awful service guys.

Avoid banking with @santanderuk . Pathetic bank , poor service and will@hold u to ransom for days to access your own money n then say ‘ we are very busy ‘ poor directionless management to the core

Again terrible service from @santanderuk @santanderuk . Blocked a high value transaction and been waiting on the phone in a queue for 45 min to get it unblocked… all whilst holding a screaming baby. Thanks for being useless Santander and reminding me why I should close my acc

2/2 @santanderuk I haven’t been offered this service from other accounts I hold with other banks! It would be great to see a nice drive of advertising this more in the mainstream media, to reach more people like myself that really need this service 🙏🏼 let’s talk!
