Leaving @CooperativeBank because they've been awful during Covid. Thought we'd go to @santanderuk but been on hold for 30 mins and counting. Not sure start up / online only banks offer all we need... Hit me up.

@santanderuk really disappointed in your customer services. Yesterday i called the bank and it just rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Today i tried again and waited 30 minutes. I appreciate that every business is Covid affected, but those wait times are unacceptable

@santanderuk Hi there. If I pay a check drawn on another bank into my Santander account, when should I get the money? Do you clear checks using cheque imaging? I thought it was by midnight the next working day plus 1 more day as I paid it in at the Post Office.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk If it wasn't bad enough that my elderly mother hasn't got a branch near her, she can no longer access online banking as it says she needs to verify on the app but the app won't upload to her phone. Can someone please advise how to get verified.
