    @santanderuk between @eBay_UK draconian account verification nonsense, which you of course don't work properly with and @klarna knocking back perfectly good cards you issued you've made a complete nonsense of trying to buy anything online. Do you even sit down and test it works?

    @santanderuk hello . Why have you stopped giving business account alerts when large credits are made to accounts? Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @Factor50JSA @santanderuk Hiya @Factor50JSA Hope you're well. ..and what could have been pension contributions are going into maintaining the freeholder's property asset value: defect-fixing, inflated service charges, commissions, permission and assignment fees, admin charges and mark-ups.

    @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.
