    @santanderuk Santander UK, I received this text & an email - Santander A/C ending **** went into Unarranged Overdraft on 2021-10-23. Payments could be refused if you don't pay enough money into your account. There’s no reason it should be is this one of the issues? Or should i be concerned?

    @santanderuk loan headline rate = 3.0%. Rate offered on website during application = 3.0%. Actual rate buried under pages and pages of fine print in the contract = 10.9%. This is just the kind of sharp practice @TheFCA needs to crack down on.

    @santanderuk Shame that your notice on your website which you linked to does not mention card issues we are still expecting 😡 how are you going to compensate customers?

    @santanderuk Any chance this is going to be fixed anytime soon?? I need to food shop and pay bills and my card is still not working and being declined! This is an absolute joke! 🤬

    @santanderuk hi been on the phone for 23 minutes trying to sort out an issue that can only be dealt with directly . Tried the chat , online etc all referring me back to the human touch .

    @santanderuk 23/10/21 12.38pm Still not working, completely ruined my weekend as I live in the countryside and rely on banking/debits online.........been happening ever since you switched all cards to mastercard......unaccetable!
