    @santanderuk Still NOT working ……..is there anything You can do? I am trying to be patient but ….. Along with millions of other customers, we can’t buy the Essentials or pay bills it’s extremely embarrassing and frustrating having your card declined in a busy supermarket!

    @santanderuk You state that the issue with card payments has been resolved when in fact this is not the case! Inaccurate information. Best to be transparent with your customers as this is not expected from such a major bank

    @santanderuk had another card payment decline due to the ongoing issues… but the payment is showing as pending on my account. Any ideas?

    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to pay my credit card for days now with no joy. Can’t get through on the phone & online doesn’t seem to be working, that’s the app and the website. Is there another option?

    @santanderuk You need to get this sorted, you've changed all my cards over to MASTERCARD, guess what happens when there's an issue with Mastercard?! Had to walk out a shop earlier after already having the service, luckily they knew me.. Still need to pay them though.
