    @HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    Under FCA’s Consumer Duty @santanderuk UK has a duty to avoid causing foreseeable harm and provide timely support. +4 hours locked out of a fee-paying account over a small euro payment, with zero communication, fails both tests. Formal complaint logged. @financialombuds @WhichUK

    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to reach your fraud team for over an hour by phone & unfortunately neither the website or app is able to resolve my issue. Customers really shouldn’t be left waiting this long for support. Could someone please assist urgently? Thank you

    Disappointed @santanderuk that you moved my local Canary Wharf branch without telling me. Not good customer service.
