@santanderuk not impressed with your switching service.Thought I’d be moving to a better bank and get some cash but 10 days later and I still can’t get onto online banking.Didn’t get my login details and you blamed Royal Mail,then I finally get them today I am blocked until 2mrw!

Absolutely inept service from @santanderuk . It would appear that my wife is the first person to ever change their surname when she got married 🙄
