    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @clairemenlove @santanderuk @TSB I’m going away tomorrow so not sure what I will do if it doesn’t arrive today, doesn’t help that the postal deliveries are sporadic around here

    @DrChrisParry @santanderuk I left them over a year ago now and joined NationWide. Santander are a joke and their staff become derogatory even when you point their errors out or even if you need the slightest bit of help.

    @santanderuk been trying to use the Sandi service on my app since yesterday afternoon but it keeps advising me that it’s experiencing some issues and to try again later. Is this a known problem? I’ve done recent update, cache clear and reinstalled. Also tried this on laptop
