@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Just switched to Santander, didn’t receive temporary password, rang up, placed on call for 15 mins then hung up on. Rang again and told I have to wait potentially 14 days to get letter so I can access my money. Absolute joke. Won’t be recommending

@lebara I moved to you a couple of days ago & ported my number. People are now able to phone & text me on my ported number, however, when I try to get an OTP code from @santanderuk nothing happens. I need to book flights. Please let me know how to solve this problem

@santanderuk are there any plans to add boosts to the Santander app or even a separate boost app. Everytime I try and log onto boosts on the website it tells me my session has just expired even though I have just logged on

Just gonna have to take a deep breath, and let all that money leave my account, I can afford it but, it’s gonna hurt seeing it all leave at once, and @santanderuk better not block the payment like they did last time 😭
