Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk

second time I have deposited money into my @santanderuk account on their machete and it has swallowed money bank wasn’t open so I couldn’t ask for help do better please !!

@santanderuk excellent customer service from Robin Smith, Branch Manager of Colchester yesterday. Took a lot of time to support us with our current issue; a real credit to Santander.

Service at its worst! @santanderuk, I have sent over 6 hours on and off over the past two days on the phone trying to get through to someone in support. It was faster for me to move banks then get in contact with you! Well done @StarlingBank, unlucky @santanderuk

Well done to @santanderuk for putting additional stress on my holiday by blocking a payment to my @RevolutApp account and blocking access to my accounts. Transferring my accounts away when back (if we get away as currently can't pay my hotel)
