    @santanderuk 45 mins on hold and I understand that you may have significant staffing issues but my goodness that thumps music is very very wearing for that length of time and verbal interjections too frequent! Please - something soothing and varied not stressful!

    @LloydsBank 2 of 3 side because it was counted by two @santanderuk employees as I withdrew from there (next door branch). Either your machine has taken it or your colleague. Is this what you call your customer service? I have heard this happen to people before also.

    @santanderuk Cant pay for anything online AGAIN. Rung customer services numerous times, on hold for half an hour every time and still no reply. Sbocking service!

    @santanderukhelp Clearly its this kind of miscommunication between Enact & @santanderuk that issues like this happen. Why hand off the conveyancing to be done by Enact when they can get away with anything? who is governing them? Why have Enact represent Santander when they can't help? @TheFCA

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp been on the phone for over an hour, and still waiting… No access to mobile and internet banking, because Santander thinks there’s a security issue, apparently now it’s my responsibility to get it sorted in my own time. Wow!
