    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account

    @santanderuk Santander can **** right off, firstly they overcharged us by a long way for home insurance but worse was when we asked for a mortgage break due to funds during covid and were in other words told to **** right off. Thankfully I'm doing pretty good now but no thanks to Santander

    @santanderuk No thanks. From my partners recent experience with you, even she concluded that @NatWest_Help are a step above your dreadful service. And this is saying something following the experience I’ve had with them. Just cannot be bothered changing.

    @santanderuk I have been with this bank four years . tryed so many times to get my 16 your old a bank account. nope was getting no were . use asked for brith certificate an passport took it all down to shop still couldn't do it got letters I had still nothing tryed on line an no .

    @santanderuk Still waiting for your dispute team to resolve a Santander error they admit to but don't know how to resolve - 2 weeks of calls and emails. Steer clear

    @santanderuk I had your account for 20yrs. Just switched to @StarlingBank best move! Your account is 'stone age' in comparison! Your customer service process is poor too. 15 - 20 mins of automated nonsense before you can speak to a person! Not used Starling's CS, no need, as it works!

    @santanderuk Just closed my 123 account with you . Charges for absolutely everything and you’ve closed 3 branches which were close to me . No thanks , I want a bank I can speak to , that values my custom and has customer service as a core value . You don’t care about your customers

    @samjones5000 @santanderuk I closed mine down 12.50 amonth, I didn't get much bk .. i was told I had to have a buisness account but by law actually you dont have to.

    @santanderuk. Ok I'm still waiting for someone from your complaints team to call me. Promised by today, still waiting, still no refund in my account. 10 days since my first call, + 3 hrs on phones. Appalling cust service

    @SWAINY72 @santanderuk No banks offer loyalty bonuses mate, only sign ups. There's no benefit for existing customers to leave their current banks usually unless they're awful, hence why banks offer sign up bonuses
