    @santanderuk shafted us on our #mortgages renewal. Strung us along for 3 months then **** on us with 48hrs to go after 10 yrs of loyalty from us. Never again. Vermin.

    @santanderukhelp I rang the telephone number that @santanderuk asked me to call when the block was put on the app and online banking. After an hour today the call was finally answered and the matter resolved quickly.

    Honestly @santanderuk are such a **** bank - @LNER have taken my money and won’t give me a refund and Santander can’t do anything because they “didn’t deliver the goods???” But they @LNER didn’t provide my service???
