@santanderuk unable to process international payments at weekends. At risk of missing out on a property having tried to transfer only £5k at 2pm Friday. Missed the cutoff apparently. ‘should’ process tomorrow, likely too late for us. Terrible terrible bank @santanderukhelp

@santanderuk Santander can **** right off, firstly they overcharged us by a long way for home insurance but worse was when we asked for a mortgage break due to funds during covid and were in other words told to **** right off. Thankfully I'm doing pretty good now but no thanks to Santander

@santanderuk Just closed my 123 account with you . Charges for absolutely everything and you’ve closed 3 branches which were close to me . No thanks , I want a bank I can speak to , that values my custom and has customer service as a core value . You don’t care about your customers

@santanderuk after 0 help for month now finally get somewhere with my new bank card most help had in month after being told 5 stories my card been made oh it actually hasn’t turns out should had month ago you jst didn’t want replace one was already made for Me, shocking help

@santanderuk I've been with Santander for years, but I am no longer impressed with what passes for customer service. Unless you have one of the few simple problems they have been trained to solve, and enjoy being on hold for hours, don't even bother calling.
