  @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

  The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

  I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service
