@santanderukhelp @santanderuk #santander Good morning, this is day 4 of my elderly, disabled father being left stranded abroad without access to his money. The complaint has been with the CEO dept for >24hrs. Each hour that goes by is another hour he is without his own money

@santanderuk So today is not a working day for your Ramsgate branch. That's great for them. Went out of my way on the way to work and tried to pay in a cheque and the machine wouldn't accept it. Thanks

@santanderuk any known issues? I used my card fine a few hours ago and now Amazon saying there’s an issue with my bank and they can’t fulfil my order. I’ve checked my account and all@is as it should be.

Is there any wonder why people are leaving traditional banks such as .@santanderuk - archaic web portals and terrible customer services. Can’t wait to close my account this week. Get with the times or risk losing more customers.
