    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account

    @Gill_WWA @thedeckinn @santanderuk The support centre workers being worked into the ground, rather than employ enough people to handle the queries. More money for the bosses; less support for customers. Brilliant.

    @santanderuk I am expecting a phone call from your fraud team but want to know when they stop working. Can’t hang around waiting for your phone call all day! Also, can anyone recommend a bank with good customer service?

    @santanderuk not only you are a ****** bank charging crazy costs you also are a bureaucratic and completely outdated bank. I am moving overseas and I have to fill a form to change my address and then send it by post. WTF! How disgraceful is this? You are a joke

    @santanderuk just emailed me abt switching off Retailer Offers. Email says the replacement "Boosts" will be "new & improved". This is impossible. If it's new, it didn't previously exist and thus can't be improved. If it's improved, it existed previously & therefore can't be new.

    @santanderuk I have spent days trying to sort out my mortgage redemption. I am within 7 days of it expiring. No bank near me anymore, No response on the phone and the chat function keeps me waiting and logging itself off - please help?????

    @santanderuk Thursday Nightmare Story! Not a good look denying me access to my mum’s account to pay regular monthly care home fees even though I had established PoA long ago... and you wouldn’t tell me why!

    @santanderukhelp I rang the telephone number that @santanderuk asked me to call when the block was put on the app and online banking. After an hour today the call was finally answered and the matter resolved quickly.
