@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days

Appalling service at @santanderuk Darley St Bradford. It’s not the staff’s fault. They’re doing their best but they are inundated with customer (no doubt due to branch closures). Several bewildered looking elderly people - must be so intimidating for them.

@santanderuk Hi, I waited half an hour on your phone line to update my mobile number to allow me to login to your online services on Saturday. My old mobile number is still showing on the website on Sunday. When will this be updated please?
