    @santanderuk Whilst I agree with the need for security checks, why oh why do you block online banking after all security has been completed? 48 hours to restore access is a diabolical waste of my time as is the 39 minutes hold to speak to someone!!!!

    @willbelshah Wait - There are still actual bank branches open? As a @santanderuk customer it doesn't feel like it
