@robertsimms @santanderuk Coincidence, I’ve just had a message from a friend of mine who works for Santander to say he had the most horrible customer on the phone about 3 hours ago who was complaining non-stop so he passed him around 4 of his colleagues for 1.5 hours

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

@santanderuk Your online service doesn't work as it doesn't recognise my pin. I am currently unable to speak after surgery and have no other means of contacting as you have no email or chat Service as I can't log. Please can you contact me to resolve as this feels very poor service
