    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account

    @santanderuk - Ok so now I very frustrated. A recurring charge (paid for a number of years) has now been flagged three times as a possible problem transaction Each time I say I recognise the transaction which does nothing to process the transaction. 1/2

    third was @santanderuk staff in Plymouth Branch astonishing. Kind & helpful. Helped refugees around the process & opened bank accounts -the bank has also donated a huge chunk of money to Ukraine and the staff have also given their own cash. My own bank @LloydsBank refused help.

    @santanderuk will anyone ever actually pick up your phones? Locked out of my app, only way to unlock is to call and for the fourth day in a row I’ve been on hold for almost 45 minutes!! Shocking service

    @santanderuk Santander bank licence should be review fin ombudsman mislead biz, cont refusal SME help during C19 unless 100% gov backed BBL. Only then swift help, even group comp BBL now causes serious acct freeze disruptions on in. missed due dil. Anything but bounce back 4 sant biz clients

    @santanderuk Your service is getting worse! 1 hr in a queue on the phone. Totally unacceptable! Plus I wasted 1 hr trying to set up an account in your app which isn't working

    @santanderuk Been on hold for 30 mins to Customer Support. No idea how long it will take for someone to answer, please can you advise. It's a security issue. What is the best time of day to call for short wait times?
