    @santanderuk It takes forever to take a photo the app accepts. I'm starting to whoever designed it hates Santander. I only keep the account for receiving and paying cheques. There's no point sending a DM as I can't see what you could do. Please just tell the relevant person to fix it. Thanks.

    @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles

    @santanderuk Hi. I'm trying to pay off a bill, and I'm not receiving the OTP. I've tried everything you've suggested, and still nothing, but I can receive other texts etc absolutely fine, please can you look into this problem? It's not the first time this issue has occurred.

    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬
