    .@santanderuk online and mobile banking is down after planned overnight maintenance which was supposed to finish at 0600. How can a bank be so blind to the needs of its customers? I hope they sack the IT team. Cannot go to a branch as many have now been closed. What a joke.

    Worse day ever I go to @santanderuk only to find the bank is having computer trouble to all atms, tills & even mobile app not working & gotta put my money in the post office & hope & pray it’s clears when I try pay my bill as I won’t know if it has cleared 😭😭 #Santander

    @santanderuk I deleted my online banking app and reinstalled as I thought it was an issue with my app… now I can’t set it up again! And I need to pay bills and buy food shopping… 😕😕😕

    @KuyaMaxy @santanderuk Yep. Can't do anything money wise. I get that these things happen, but its been hours now. With very few updates on a fix.
