@Calam1tyJan3 @santanderuk This is the second time it has happened with @santanderuk ... I had the same issue with a car loan that was paid back from my insurance company, #santander could not find the payment and then threatened to effect my credit score.

@AmazonHelp I find it insulting that one of your support staff said I should seek a chargeback from my credit card company, because you can't be bothered to resolve the issue. Not sure why @santanderuk should have to fix your issue?

@santanderuk not very happy with the response from mortgage services..been a customer of Santander for over 15 years but you are no longer reasonable or fair..your more interested in getting more richer daily by charging more interest..when others less fortunate are struggling!

@santanderuk Just making payments from business account, online access blocked, 35 mins on hold, transferred to security, on hold, answerphone which hung up. So unimpressed.

Sick to death of @santanderuk security checks on my wages every month. The same wage, from the same source, every month. And yet I have to wait for my money, and bills often don’t get paid, affecting my credit rating. Appalling service.

@santanderuk not being funny guys, but if you're going to close your high street branches at the ridiculous time of 2pm on a weekday, don't advertise you have external machines that can be used to pay in money when they are out of service. What an absolute waste of an hour.

Anyone else been having issues with the @santanderuk app on iOS? I can view my current account but opening money manager or my mortgage account hangs and the app crashes. Reinstalled many times to no avail. Cc/ @santanderukhelp

@thequentinletts Not only are they not found the banks are not playing fair. My mum (85, deaf, clearly vulnerable) lost £995 to an Amazon Prime scam. @santanderuk did not help .. still not helping. We are with the ombudsman. Taking months !

@santanderuk I've lost my voice! I accidentally paid a closed credit card when I meant to pay another one, using bank transfer online. How can I fix this? Your chat functionality brings up a string of programming language, even when logged on.
