    @santanderuk Yes we will email you but this needs reporting to FSCS and financial ombudsman as the service we are getting is nothing short of appalling. Promises to call back but don’t and still can’t access our money despite requesting a transfer to an account in the same name …. Sigh 😞

    @santanderuk The only problem is that this is a closed account from years ago. Would I be able to resolve this in the bank
