audreygallagher (@audreygallagher) reported@santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

Gray Schofield (@gray_schofield) reported@MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please

I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

@Gaylesian (@gaylesian) reported@DrChrisParry @santanderuk What annoys me about banks is they close down branches donโt want to speak to you, However you have money in your account you want to transfer it you have to log onto your account know all your passwords yet they decline and you have to speak to them.
