    Reaching the 45 min mark waiting to speak with someone at @santanderuk #santanderbank in the meantime my in-payments are still not being reflected in my account. Such a poor service!! #bankservices

    @santanderuk are your systems down as I've sent money to my monzo which hasn't arrived. Have also sent money from monzo to santander which has been declined.

    @santanderuk no help available for my money that’s literally disappeared into thin air? Can’t get anyone on the phone or online? No answers as to where my money is. Once my money is found I will be leaving the bank always been terrible!!!!
