    @HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved

    @santanderuk what ridiculous chat service on the mobile phone app! I used the chat service yesterday afternoon.... it was replied to this morning! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service!

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk I desperately need access to my current account and then to switch out of your bank as a matter of urgency. I don’t even understand how this is legal.
