    Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

    @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

    @santanderuk It takes forever to take a photo the app accepts. I'm starting to whoever designed it hates Santander. I only keep the account for receiving and paying cheques. There's no point sending a DM as I can't see what you could do. Please just tell the relevant person to fix it. Thanks.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

    @santanderuk I cannot use any of my cards in ATMs is this a known issue ? Can I still pay via card in store ?

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
