    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk I've had a complaint open with you since March. You have admitted liability but still not resolved the issue. You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.

    @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter

    @santanderuk I desperately need access to my current account and then to switch out of your bank as a matter of urgency. I don’t even understand how this is legal.

    Find it hard to believe how poor @santanderuk customer service is, been with them since Abbey National days (40+ years) unbelievably poor, certainly not the bank they were

    @santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly
