    @santanderuk 5 back to 1 failure to help failure to call back and failure of duty to help a terminally ill patient. These are just some of the points I will be telling news papers if not sorted by end of this week if they are interested of course. But enough is enough.

    10 days waiting for @santanderuk to unblock my account even though I have passed all their financial tests 5 times over. Surely I should have access to my own money. They tell me I have a case worker but I've still had no communication from them. #poorcustomerservice
