@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The bank should be speaking to the police and the fact that other people suffered in the same way as you means there's some kind of sophisticated criminal enterprise, and obviously you've not given your PIN out. I can't imagine how **** this must feel.

  • ellamanahmou #IStandWithJeremy #Starmer out (@ellamanahmou) reported

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk Cannot imagine the stress and worry it's caused you, mine felt horrendous tho it only lasted 2/3 days til sorted. It was only dealt with by Cus service in my local branch...blase did'nt even come into it!! Stay safe.

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to read your story Charlotte - beyond awful - but big thank you for the shout out and warning to anyone using @santanderuk or @VirginActiveUK - think again

@bethanyrutter @santanderuk Think Amex on their website so let you see your PIN

  • thistle5460 Billy Martin (@thistle5460) reported

@MorganBroadcast Had similar awful experience with @santanderuk Crooks booked flights out the country. Surely easy to catch culprits - passports, airport CCTV? Cheaper just to let banks pay out was response… Months later, closed account and moved to @firstdirect

  • JasonTheHH Jason💙 (@JasonTheHH) reported

@MorganBroadcast That’s truly awful. @santanderuk needs evidence that you compromised your own PIN security. Sounds very unlikely that you did! Note: is there a way for a thief to have a PIN reset sent to your phone (& was this done?), or even to remind you of your PIN in the App? (Some apps do)

  • BramleyTweets Dr Ryan Bramley 🐻 (@BramleyTweets) reported

@MorganBroadcast Farrrrrrk. I'm so sorry Charlotte. This is ******* awful. Shame on @santanderuk ans @VirginActiveUK. "Negligent" is too kind a word.

@MorganBroadcast @WandererMiranda This is awful. @santanderuk you need to step up to the plate here this is outrageous.

  • ProfGarethT Gareth Thomas 💙 (@ProfGarethT) reported

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Just checked with @santanderuk and they say there’s no way of disabling the pin reminder in the app. WTF?!!!!

  • MMcaughtrie mike mcaughtrie (@MMcaughtrie) reported

@santanderuk sort out @MorganBroadcast issue and your customer service while you're at it. She's lost her savings through no fault of her own. Easier to blame victim than take action. @VirginActiveUK you bear responsibility too
