10 days waiting for @santanderuk to unblock my account even though I have passed all their financial tests 5 times over. Surely I should have access to my own money. They tell me I have a case worker but I've still had no communication from them. #poorcustomerservice

10 days with no access to my @santanderuk account due to their incompetence. No communication since they told me Friday evening that they had another 2 hours to sort it! Next step is to contact the #financialombudsman

@santanderuk I’ve been calling you every few days for the last few weeks and hanging up after an hour or two. I’ve tried your online chat service but there’s only a robot there (Sandi). Do you have one day a month, perhaps, when a customer can speak to you or talk online?
