    @KieranMaguire @santanderuk They are proper ****. Ringing any UK company (I know Santander is technically a Spanish firm but you ring a UK call centre) is so painful these days but Santander manage to take the crown.

    @santanderuk terrible customer service by santander. Fraud in my name in April and assurance by santander that issue was closed. 2 months later account still open and 1 hour on phone to santander with no luck

    @santanderuk £500 taken fraudulently from my 13 yo son's account, 70minutes on hold, no answer. Shocking customer service. For years we've had accounts with them. Probably switching next week.

    @santanderuk Your customer service dept appears to be massively understaffed. Use some of your huge wealth and hire some more people so I can login - I made one payment and you've blocked my online access. On hold for 30 mins now. What is wrong with your overzealous system?
