    @santanderuk I’ve been on hold with the lost and stolen cards line for over 25 minutes trying to cancel my card. While I wait, I’m watching transactions coming out of my account somewhere along Bond Street. I’m in Wales. The function on the app to cancel the card isn’t working.

    @santanderuk If your website says the 'Managing your account' line is open until 8pm and your Mortgage account line is open to 7pm why am I getting an office closed message when I phone at 6:20pm??

    If banks really want customers to go paperless, they need to put ALL their statements online, not just those since the customer went paperless. Otherwise customers have to stick to printed statements, or go back and forth from online to print. @CooperativeBank @santanderuk @mbna

    @santanderuk You've been emailing & writing about a minor issue that I believe you have caused on one of my accounts. Because you no longer seem to allow your customers to respond to your emails I have no way to do so. I will not call you for security reasons. So we're stuck!

    @eBay paid a deposit for a van , was fake !! How does ebay allow this to happen? Lost 2k of my money , apparently had a fake @santanderuk bank account how does this happen , @HalifaxBank no help what so ever . Please be careful 🙏

    @santanderuk Hi. Is it normal to still be waiting nearly 2 weeks for temporary passwords etc to log in for the first time after opening an account?
