    @santanderuk @ScuderiaFerrari @twinklresources Good idea. Invest in training the nation’s youth and maybe you’ll be able to recruit people who can actually implement systems that work! What a shambles yesterday was - Santander denying access to their customers and then shrugging it off as ‘some issues’.Ferrari deserve better.

    @santanderuk Can someone help as a matter of urgency please? I paid for a service last Sat, you saw this as fraud and blocked all access to our online accounts! We have business banking and can’t pay our suppliers! I’ve been calling every day since Sunday and my accounts are still blocked! 🤬

    @CCliftonvr46 @santanderuk Santander was down last people couldn’t access money, mothers couldn’t get nappies for their babies or people petrol in their cars. We apologise but are lines are busy🙄. More branch’s closing and every week working on their IT hindering access to your money. What is going on !

    Well, @santanderuk, that's now two local takeout joints I can't order from online because the card payment wasn't authorised by the bank. Yet my housemate whose with a different bank has no problems. Think I might have to switch banks. This is annoying as hell.

    @santanderuk is @SantanderUK12 your help handle? Impossible to get through phone. Your internet banking chat does not load. Cannot make payments from my account online or mobile. Phone agent promised call back, thats not happened. Can't access own money, help!

    So this Santander issue is fun. Card was accepted paying for fuel this morning but I can't use it online and I can't move money to another account to buy the thing I need 😒 Sort it out @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I didn’t realise they had such a big problem. Having narrowly missed being scammed a few days ago it would have helped if it hadn’t taken over 16 hours to be able to report it. The Live Chat option online is useless.
