@santanderuk Spent all afternoon on 3 calls totalling over 180 minutes on hold, going through security repeatedly, then back on hold again, then getting dropped trying to unblock my account. Appalling customer service. Been with you for many years, but not much longer at this rate!

@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk My elderly mums card gets stolen and used to make 2x transactions for £1000 each. Santander makes NO attempt to call after making a claim. 2 weeks now passed and Service has been shocking!! On hold for 30mins and no help!! What poor customer service and care!! 😡😡😡
