@santanderukhelp The customer relations around this whole technical issue have been a complete fiasco @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp and I sincerely hope the plonker responsible for destroying thousands of peoples plans today is looking for another job on Monday morning !!

Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

@santanderuk This is ridiculous, you can't keep saying the issue is resolved when it actually isn't, my daughter was told yesterday by customer services that she should transfer her money into another account if she wants to ensure standing orders/contacts are paid!

@santanderuk I have tried buying a game with my new MasterCard but it isn’t working, but yesterday I bought drinks using Apple Pay method on my phone so I’m confused into what’s happening and how it can be fixed .

@santanderuk 21.41 and still haveing problems day 3 now ! I hope your be sending a token of good will as for the problems it’s causing. What actually is the problem because no other card provider haveing this issue

@Santanderuk I know this seems extreme but I have just been trying to, in desperation, use your online help facility to work things out. When I told them I cannot use a phone I was instantly cut off. Now I have no way to get help. You seem to want me to go away and die.

@santanderuk Clearly the issue remains unresolved. My son has been trying to use his card for 5 days nor can he withdraw cash so he has had to borrow money from me just to get to work. This is an outrage and I hope you will be issuing COMPENSATION to your customers.

@santanderuk every link I use on the website to get help gives me a phone number to call. I cannot do this. Your service seems designed to completely exclude people who cannot use a telephone. I only want to make a very small payment. I often send hundreds to existing payments.
