    @santanderuk what would be the reason for online payments using Santander MasterCard Debit card not going being able to completed, yet can use visa and amex. Having so many problems since MasterCard Debit

    @shelaghw31 @santanderuk It's the new SCA (strong customer authentication) rule that came in. All retailers will now have to verify their customers on online payments. Check your number/email is upto date with your bank.

    @santanderuk when the mobile chat app tells you to call fraud asap on 08001513151 and it directs you to mobile app. Money gone banks support zero.

    @santanderuk thanks for closing your Macclesfield branch half an hour early today - the sign on the door was really helpful when I made a special trip to go there. The cash machine was also not working.
