    Despite this, ยฃ40 was charged on June 9 and ยฃ50 on June 10 โ€” a total of ยฃ80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderukhelp @santanderuk โ€“ please investigate and assist. #TfL #Santander

    @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!
