  @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk I need some help on an issue…I closed my account with you in June 2025 which was all finished as I live in Indonesia. However I have just had a refund for a UK purchase actioned and they have refunded to the original card…now closed? What now?

  Good morning to everyone except @santanderuk who blocks disabled peoples bank for over 6 days with 0 help or escalation for a tax rebate. You’re disgusting, a disgrace and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a business. WHOS BANK ARE YOUR PROTECTING?! Cause it ain’t mine!!!
