Well, thanks to @santanderuk, that's 80mins of my life I won't get back. 52mins on hold😫 (seriously, you cannot continue to blame #covid, something we've now lived with for 2 years!) Then 20 mins to diagnose the card problem. Think you need to up your game a little? #Banking

@santanderuk we want to open an account for a child and it’s impossible to get thru on phone to make an appt. Earliest appt is a month away and not even local branch. Any help out there or don’t you want our business?
