Oh @santanderuk why am I having problems with online card authorisations and why did I have to reset my mobile banking credentials? Why did it have to be the night I go back to work?

I had an issue which needed resolving asap - I was told premier banking via @santanderuk gives you priority service on the phone however 30 mins later I’m still on the phone and had to cut the phone because I cannot wait any longer. Awesome service 👍

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp your telephone service is getting worse. Twice now I’ve called my Select number and been told “ill speak to this team” then next thing I know I’m transferred and on hold. No explanation. 47 minute call there to merge two personal ids.

@santanderuk can't get through to anyone about text messages I have received today. Phone service says "an internal error has occurred please try calling back later" and online chat says "there are no agents available". Whats going on? should I be worried about my money?

@santanderuk so as a business account holder for many years, How does one open up a secondary account for the same business to use as a savings account, because on your website it’s impossible to open this type of account

It amazes me that traditional banks are still around. My new @santanderuk card. The letter says use vertual assistant to activate. It tells me to log in. 15 mins on the phone, lady tells me I can't log in because I dont have account details. #incompetent
