@santanderuk I've recently opened an account but on day 1 the access was blocked. I've tried calling several times but when I get transfered the phone just rings and rings, I lasted an hour on one occasion. I've tried again just now and phone just kept ringing, no answer at all

@santanderuk It took hours of waiting on the phone & frustration at being cut off (multiple times) but finally we got the problem with our credit card sorted. Thanks go to the staff member in the Northwich branch who went the extra mile to help.

Call to a manager”. She’s unable to make any business transactions and is incurring financial penalties from her suppliers all because @santanderuk inability to figure out why her account is blocked and fix the issue. 3 days and no remedy is shockingly poor service from a….
