Well @santanderuk @santanderukhelp please, please pass on my thanks to Melissa in your contact centre. She was absolutely brilliant, after four times of not getting a proper answer from your chat service (I talked to humans not the bot) she was brilliant and has made my day.

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple

@santanderuk Happens to the best of them - 1st June 2022 Customers of ten banks including Natwest, Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide and Monzo experienced problems this morning when they were locked out of their accounts. Thousands of customers were reporting issues at multiple banks
